The rules don't, except for minor tweaks. The Anniversary Edition is full-color, has additional fiction, has been re-organized in some places, the Matrix chapter has been reworked, has a giant index of not only itself but the other Shadowrun rulebooks [Arsenal, Runner's Companion, Street Magic, etc], and more.
