I was just looking for different options and different ideas to see how people think it played out. I mean, there are different types of assassins beyond snipers and mage killers from a distance. Besides, imagine if that's all this tourney was, everyone sitting in sniping positions; not very interesting. It'd be like watching two turtles on a cross country race.... "We're on day fifteen and they are passing the first mile marker. Stay tuned for more exciting race updates."
Exactly. 20 guys with sniper rifles isn't exciting - you want to see a bunch of James Bond style assassins duking it out, with monofilament yo-yo's, high explosives, adepts with lethal playing cards a la Bullseye, and all that.
Here's another contribution. Top Wire, exotic metatype aside, was the quintessential assassin; the rest won't be so optimized. This is a tried-but-true concept, the big game hunter who hunts "the most dangerous game" sometimes. He is the type who would see the competition as a chance to get some recognition and fame.

=Background=
chester was an upper-class twit who was a big hunting enthusiast, eventually becoming a big game hunter. He eventually became jaded with it, though, and expanded his efforts to bounty hunting and the occasional discrete wetwork.
He wound up in L.A. for awhile, where he became enamored of the whole P2.0 concept. He might not be the next Dog the Bounty Hunter, but he did have a bit of a following. There was also an illicit market for recordings of the wetwork jobs that he did. Although relatively successful and affluent, he is still hungry for that one big break which will propell him into superstardom.
=Description=
Chester is a very Nordic specimen - burly, hairy-chested, blonde with a handlebar mustache and muttonchop sideburns, and a stongly-sculted face with a mighty chin. He wasn't quite that impressive before the mods...
He dresses either like he is on a safari, or in the latest fashions (seeming to gravitate to the tackier ones).
=Personality=
Chester would be easy to dismiss as a buffoon, but he is more competent than he seems, and is significantly augmented to boot. He is also a dangerous man to cross, easily offended when his pride is insulted. He can quickly go from bluff and hearty to red-faced with anger.
Tactics:
The Huntsman's strengths are in stalking his prey, and he is more dangerous at ranged than close combat. His weaknesses are that his tactics work better in one-on-one situations, and that none of his guns are silenced.
