Yeah, I guess I can see that. I was just stating a fact; the (actually relevent) reference hadn't even occurred to me when I typed that, I'm afraid.

To test for bloodborne transmission from minor injuries you need to break out some dice that let you roll thousandths. Your transmission probabilities would be stuff like 1 in 300, 1 in 1000, etc. Look at OSHA stats for HIV and hepatitis transmission from accidental exposure to blood or needle stick injuries.
