yeah, i'd buy that... except that they cut out a ton of fiction as part of the process of reaching that goal. it was a stupid, arbitrary target number of pages that had about as much of a chance of actually streamlining anything as turning on 6 fans in a circle would have of creating a real tornado. if they legitimately wanted to streamline, the process needed to include either refining what they already had or an extensive open playtest if they wanted to introduce new rules.

Bad news, pregen characters suck unless they're aimed at the throat of what they're designed for.

Lack of Character gen to point is really grating as anyone from 3rd, 4th or 5th could toss together something with more teeth on the fly.

Most of the game was spent educating our American GM on the correct pronunciation of Emu (E-Myu, not Emoo).

A bit annoyed that they (the developers) couldn't spend 15 seconds with Google and discover that Wiradjuri is a dead language, and that emu is dinnawan in Wiradhuric.
