So the point we are at, crew is headed back to the SH to get the dropped off round from Jack.

Alice may/may not be continuing depending on entirely if Zy can get a post in here today. I hate setting a deadline when it's mostly my fault for being shitty on consistency, but I have to move it along.
Gloin is discussing w/ a contact for info, and setting up to join the team, already associated w/ Dingo.

And I still owe Dingo results from hacking the estates system.

Mickle/Dingo - Hacking the system
The Estate system is a rated at a 5. While good, it's about what one might expense for a security concious nobleman. Firewall is a little out of date, a Rating 4. Taking the time to do it right and probe the system, Dingo is able to exploit an old patch pathway, used for updating the outdated programs.

Data trail is retty thoroughly spoofed. No evidence of Dingo being hacked in turn.

Admin access good. The hack takes a few hours so assuming he's been mostly multitasking the overwatch and the letting Nix do the driving, once they're back at the safe house Dingo should be finished with the hack and have som more information for the crew.

Confirming then: Knicks and Dingo are headed back to safe house, while Russel (orc not RJ) is waiting for calls. Correct? Want to make sure we're good to roll.

K I have some work sutff to do this morning, but I'll get you moved along to the safe house shortly.

RJ - The round has very little left on it because there are almost no impressions. Almost nil human handling until it acutally hit its target.

Mick - The transmitting device isn't on the system. You'll have to be in range and hack it seperately. The door locks would have eye biometrics but they're their own devices that send the "OK" to the system. Have to hack seperate. Device Rating 5. A step up from the norm.

Not so much a hidden node as an isolated system. Dingo has admin access so he can spot the telltale signs: extra power consumption, the transmitter up top, camera holes, etc. Essentially two layers of security, one that's out and noticeable, and hackable, and one that's isloated.

Hey guys, sorry I've been quiet. This week has been a cluster @$#%. Got back home just in time to be told I'll be leaving again. And by "Again" I mean "today". Not anywhere special, just a short thing. Back by the 11th. But this time I likely won't have internet access at all. At least RJ and my time will over lap.

Sorry guys, the world outside swallowed me for a month. The upside is that life is good, kids are good, wife is happy, job is on track. Downside is that I've been shamelessly neglecting things over here. So, without further ado, game on.

Sorry, the black out we had here a week ago somehow fried our router. Finally got a chance to get on a comp here at work (which is ridiculously hard to do). Should have a new router today or tomorrow.

The new router could be going better.

Got a new D-Link at Fryes. It works. And then doesn't. And then works. And then doesn't. I have to keep resetting the router for some reason. Someone who is better at computers than I am says its the router, so we're looking to replace it tomorrow It's to the point where I've plugged directly into it andit still shows no connection.

Work computers like this one aren't very reliable to get onto regularly, so , work in progress.

Ok still no router. This is getting ridiculous.
On the upside in a few weeks I'll have more computer access at work. Then it's a matter of, is a few more weeks thta big a deal if we've waited this long -vs- is it worth still going through this.
