Ug now you guys have me thinking about how to visualize this;)
ok here's the way i figure it
According to all the sites i can find on human proportion, the average healthy human is around 170 cm tall by 45 cm wide by 23 cm thick
Over simplify 2m by .5m by .25m
To help visualize i like to think of a Cargo factor as a 6 sided die .5 m on each side.
An average human a human being would fit in a box 4 dice high by 1 dice wide and half a dice thick or 2 cargo factor.
Since all meta humans are essentially human in proportion, with the exception dwarfs, elf's humans and orks all fit into the same box.
Trolls are just short of 3 m tall so lets call them 50% bigger than humans
makeing a troll 3m by .75m by .375m
or 6 dice by 1.5 dice by 1 dice 9 cargo factor
Now a dwarf is almost twice as broad across the shoulders and chest, and almost twice as thick through the chest as a human of the same height.
So lets take human and doble his width and breath, 2m by 1m by .5m then reduce him to dwarf size 1m by .5 by .25 ( just realised a dwarf is a human bmp that you only reduced the height on).
So a dwarf is 2 dice tall by one dice wide by one half dice thick or 1 cf
So my geuss would be
Race height
Dwarf 1.2 m 1cf
Elf 1.9m 2cf
Human 1.7m 2cf
Orc 1.9m 2cf
Troll 2.8m 9cf
