Bumped the team to the next day. Please continue to work the plan in OOC and of course, any additional legwork in IC/OOC as appropriate.

Ha, cool, okay, I'm paying attention again guys. sorry for the check out I just did a two week trial and wasn't really doing anything else. I'll catch up on the IC posts and start paying attention again.
Did we lose you?

Satyr - There is no com signal at the safe house.
phlapjack77 - Your last post conflicts with both your previous post and my reply to your previous post.
All - Please ignore the current com until Zion gets somewhere with a matrix signal. Please edit your posts as appropriate.
EDIT: Just a small adjustment of time.

Sorry for being thick here, but I don't see how the post conflicts? My second-to-last post conflicts with yours, I see that and can edit it. But both of our posts end with Lucky hanging out at Java Jane's in the morning. And then my last post has Lucky napping at Jane's when he receives the team messages...I think

I'll adjust the time for the post too, to coincide with the newly signal-enabled Zion.

sorry for the mass confusion. We definatly have to solve that signal problem at safe house. Will adress IC when appropriate

We definitely should get more than that -1 modifier for that...

We could probably get a com relays installed somewhere within signal range, which should be able to forward the Matrix traffic.

As a replacement to my
game reference thread, I am creating the
4-1-1. Easier to find, better laid out, with maps! and eventually more full featured.
As I am using a layered image for the master image, I will also be adding the team's safe houses and doss' so its easier to get a bearing on where they are and how far between. I hope this will also help with confusion about the layout. Eventually I hope to post a gang turf map as well.

They take quite a few hours each. The worst part is finding where the writers and the map makers didn't confer. I actually returned part of Auburn to the Puyallups to resolve some inconsistencies between the books and real life . I need to return some of Tacoma to Ft Lewis as well. Two different neighborhoods referenced to Tacoma in text are part of downtown as per the map, etc, etc.. I realize this is a game and there are a thousand things to nitpick about, but for crying out loud... Also, as I compare Seattle Sourcebook to New Seattle to Seattle 2072, there is very little new material. Very little.

phlapjack77 - I'm ok with a little improv and generalization, like the KE routes and the place to hit the van. Please make knowledge skill rolls for each element though.
Thanks!
phlapjack77
Jul 20 2011, 02:20 AM
I had an earlier roll for AK: Tacoma for general information on routes and locations and things:
Previous AK roll, 2 hitsA second roll for more specific AK, related to where to hit the Wall-E van:
2 hitsA KE routes roll: Security Procedures (or Law Enforcement) 3 + Logic 3:
3 hitsI don't know if it's needed, but Lucky has a rating 3 mapsoft of the Tacoma area, would that add it's rating as a dice pool bonus to the AK rolls?
*edit* I'd like to make a Knowledge roll for the Bishop's Soup Kitchen: Hangouts(SoupKitchens) 1(+ 2) + Int 4:
1 hit - enough to give me what's in the Seattle 2072 description?

Note on Comlink modes: I have been researching the various modes (and a few other details) and have created a
webpage to insure we are all on the same page as to the pros/cons. For example, you cannot send/receive calls from people who are not in mutual signal range when in hidden mode. You cannot interact with public AR if you are not in Active mode. It should also be noted that spam filters will stop
most spam in active mode.

From the point on, when we enter the facility, we will probably have to react and improvise a bit, anyways.
