Chances are, if they're suitably drunk and naked, their guns may as well be party poppers. I'm sure that being drunk has to add a +2 or +3 to your target number
Why +2/+3? well, I originally was thinking a separate modifier for "Being Intoxicated" -- but it seems to make more sense for it to be considered a stun wound, right? =) Esp. since you could conceivable intoxicate some people into oblivion (e.g., my way-bodied decker), while others burp and move on (that troll over there).
Come to think of it, this is exactly what a stunbolt/ball would do, and thus would be a GREAT way to roleplay a tequila shaman, CirclMastr. ;D
