Okay, so here's my first contribution to the character list for New Orleans. (Keep in mind that it is my first one, people.)
Average Runner #1
Tatiyana “Tattoo Annie” Frannelli Tattoo Annie, or ‘Tatu’ as she’s known to her friends, is an up and comer within the New Orleans shadows. Her rep isn’t solid yet, but those that have worked with her have good things to say. Her specialty is wet-work, one of the few female hitters operating in the shadows. She’s rare, in the sense, that she’ll accept any job: women, kids, nuns… don’t matter. If the cred is good, she’s on it.
Tatu is human, appearing somewhere between her late 20’s and early 30’s. She’s tanned and muscular. Rumor has it that she did some work in the Arena when she was first starting out. Whether or not the rumor’s true, one thing is for certain; the woman can handle herself. Tatu’s fairly attractive (Charisma 4) but tends to hide her natural beauty behind heavy black eyeliner and heavy make-up. She has long black hair streaked with hot pink that she wears in a faux-hawk. Her signature bit is her tattoos. The girl is covered with them. Most of them revolve around a Heaven/Hell theme; her left side is Heaven… the right, Hell. Running down the right side of her face and neck are tattooed leopard spots. The rest of her look is glam-rock; ripped fishnets, fingerless gloves, lots of pleather. It’s a strange look for someone operating as a kick artist, but as long as the job gets done, no one seems to care.
Tatu’s prefers to work alone, claiming that a group would just “jam a girl up.” But, like a true Shadowrunner, she’ll work with whatever group you give her… if the price is right.

The Inside Scoop:
Tatu’s a girl with a past, and she’s on the run. Originally from Atlanta, Tatu’s last job was simple: sneak into a corporate compound, find the target and end him. Somewhere inside however, things got a little… complicated. The man she was supposed to take out turned the tables on Tatu and ended up raping her as punishment. Tatu was shell shocked and bailed on the run, taking the Johnson’s up front cred and leaving the man alive. Since then, she’s had a special hate on for men, going so far as to change her sexual preference. She refuses any job that comes to her from Atlanta or from any Neonet faction, believing them to be the ones behind the failed run.
Tatu is incredibly wary, but also very defiant. She refuses to change her look or keep her head down, accepting that doing so may cost her her life.
Tatu’s main interests include drag racing, hardcore punk and fetish clubs; especially those that deal in dominance/submission groups. Recently, Tatu has developed a taste for Novacoke, turned on to it by a dealer in her favorite club, “Club Sound”.
Tatu’s specialities include: B&E (she’s skilled in Stealth and Infiltration, with a high Electronics skill and knowledge of corporate and civilian security systems.), she prefers to dispatch her victims using a monowhip garrote that she has secreted in the sleeve of her stealth suit. If the situation calls for more direct combat, she is fairly proficient in hand to hand combat (Kick Boxing) and the Heavy Pistol. Tatu does deal in the Matrix fairly often and as such has a higher then average (5) skill in areas like: Hacking and Data Search. She also has access to Shadowland: NO and uses it often.
Average Runner #2
Griffon Santiago Griffon’s a known name in New Orleans, though he hasn’t really done much to distinguish himself, though he also isn’t dead, either… which could be what makes him such a reliable runner. He’s a shaman, a follower of the… you guessed it, Griffon totem. Like his namesake, Griffon is a natural leader, heading up a group that calls themselves “The Flock” and aptly enough chills at a club called “The Aviary”.
Griffon is an elf, tall and golden. His hair is blonde and hangs down to the small of his back, his skin tanned to gold from time spent in the sun. His eyes have been either cybernetically enhanced or he wears custom contacts, money is on the contacts considering he’s a mage… either way, his eyes have taken on the appearance of the Griffon’s. He prefers to dress in lighter clothing; linens, cottons, etc. Favoring natural colors like khaki and brown.
Griffon is known to be pretty steady with a woman named Falcon, another member of his ‘Flock’. She’s pretty, in a severe sort of way… always wears her blonde hair tied back tight and she has a sharp nose and chin, making her profile fit her name.
A few years ago, ‘The Flock’ got themselves into some serious trouble with one of the krewe’s. Things looked to be heading to a serious throw down, when out of nowhere the krewe up and disappeared. Say what you will, most people think that Griffon had something to do with it. But, still... a krewe of 20 gone in one night? Might be something to think about when dealing with Griffon.

The Inside Scoop
Griffon is a natural leader, he’s taken his Flock through good times and bad and they’re still here when a lot of other groups aren’t around to say the same thing. To those that deal with him, he always appears the same way; genial, dependable, soft spoken. To those that really know him – the man is ruthless. He’s proud almost to a fault, taking note of each and every fault, real or perceived, and harboring them. No insult goes un-avenged, just because it’s been six months since you made that comment about his hair… that doesn’t mean he isn’t watching you, and waiting.
Those in his Flock are under his care and protection, but that doesn’t mean that there any less likely to earn his wrath, perhaps more so as they deal with him on a semi regular basis.
His woman, Falcon, hates him. She stays because she knows there’s nowhere she can go that he won’t find her. He made sure of that a long time ago. He’s also got her hooked on Bliss, and makes sure that he’s her only dealer.
All work and no play make any man dull (even if he’s a sociopath), and as such Griffon has a few hobbies: rock climbing (he enjoys finding a perch and watching everything else below him), rock polishing (he’s been known to take on a run for a particularly hard to find or valuable stone… which has not endeared him to his crew… they can’t eat rock.) and royalty watching (ever since he found out that Queen Natasha Winters’ wife Evelyn went by the name Griffon and actually owns her own.. he’s been hooked and harbors a deep, frightening obsession for the woman)
Griffon’s specialty is combat magic. He’s got a lot of mojo (Magic Rating: 8 ) and he knows a lot of spells but hasn’t quite had the patience to learn how to control it, to bend it to his will (Initiate Grade: 4). According to Griffon, magic is what sets him apart from the peons below him, and he’ll use it to keep the status quo.
