Home after her meet with Harry, Lucky calls Bennet on the comm.

That's all he says. He picks odd times to be short with words.

Good afternoon, Bennett. Are you available this afternoon?

I'm calling you, aren't I?... Yes, it's important. God. Lucky sighs, finding herself easily flustered today. Maybe it's the idea of being Harry's "beck and call" girl, maybe it's the idea of having to bring in someone capable of inflicting that kind of pain on a woman... who knows why.

As soon as possible. Meet me at the corner of Baker and First. There's a liquor store in the shopping center, park there and we'll talk.

I'll be there. Bennet disconnects.

As Lucky get sher things together, she hears a thumping sound upstairs. Then another. it sounds like someone is slowly walking down her upstairs hallway.

What the fuck?!Checking her AR, Lucky can see that her security system is still engaged. Pulling her Predator out from under the couch she moves to the stairwell, keeping her back to the wall.
Whoever the fuck you are, show yourself!

There's no response. The foot steps continue at the same pace for another 10 steps or so,then stop when they should have about reached the stairs. Lucky counts out 30 agonizing seconds, hearing nothing.

Peering up into the sunny hallway, Lucky sees nothing.
Okay, get a grip, chica. You are fine. There is nothing wrong.Still, Lucky stands for another minute more, just waiting. Finally she moves away, and into the kitchen. Doublechecking the security system, she grabs her bag and heads for the door.

Bennet's car is waiting at the liquor store, as planned. Cautious as always, he doesn't step out of his car until she does from hers. He approaches her casually.

So what's up?

Lucky nods and puts out her cigarette.
Hop inside, we'll talk on the way.Lucky turns and heads for her car.

Once inside the car, Lucky heads for the address Harry gave her.

Correct. Autumn Weisler is Sottocappo Weisler's niece. For the past few months, she's been involved in a relationship with Eddie Tango, if you don't know him he's made but a real arrogant bastard, well, last night their relationship came to an abrupt end when Tango found out that Autumn had an abortion without telling him, he demanded that she have another one, she said no, he raped her, beat her and left her for dead in the Ponchtrain.
Lucky's voice is level, but her hands grip the steering wheel.

According to the GPS tracker we have on his vehicle he's been home since last night. As far as we know, he doesn't even know Autumn made it through what he did to her. Her body washed up on a beach on the opposite side of the lake. So, he'll be pretty jumpy but not clued in. As far as armament goes; he's a little fish in a big pond and he's got a big mouth. I would expect him to be armed accordingly.Lucky tosses Bennett her commlink showing Eddie's current position.

He scans it for a moment then hands it back.

He offers Lucky a clip of interesting lookng ammunition.

Yeah, I'll take a clip. I got gel, but this is new. I'll try it out. I'll take the front. As soon as I get inside, you move in. If this guy is that desperate, I don't him trying anything foolish before I get a chance to slap him with this.
Lucky reaches into her medkit and pulls out a tranq patch (Ex-Strength, NOW for TROLLS!)

Lucky drives the car , and parks a few blocks away. Bennet asks for 5 minutes to get in to position.

Lucky nods. As soon as Bennett slips out of the car, Lucky makes a few adjustments. She wore the black silk shirt Eddie liked so much the day they met, now she unbuttons the top three buttons, letting the shirt fall open to expose her cleavage. Then she pulled her skirt just a little higher. She loaded her Hammerli with the stick and shock and tucked it into the holster at the small of her back. Taking the stun patch out of the case, she slipped it into the waistband of her skirt, taking care to make sure the adhesive side was away from her skin. Watching the clock, one the 5 minutes had passed, Lucky slipped out of her truck and walked up to Eddie's house. She could hear music playing inside, sounded ... rockabilly.
Lucky smiled and knocked.

The door in answered after the second ring. Tango is standing htere, wearing jeans and a wife-beater under shirt. He looks confused for a second. Uhh.. hey Lucky ,.... what's up?

Eddy hesitates, looking Lucky over. He looks suspicious, but apparently her clothing adjsutments have won him over. He looks her up and down again and says Alright, come on in.

Lucky sits down on the couch, leaning back and seductively crossing her legs. Smiling she pats the seat next to her.
I met someone last night at the Arena. I'm thinking of sponsoring him but I don't want to get taken in. From what I've heard you know your stuff when it comes to that kind of thing. I was hoping you could help me out.
At the last sentence, when she says "help me out" Lucky slides her fingers down the front of her shirt, not leaving any doubt as to what she's hoping he'll really help her out of.

Eddy walk over to the couch, but sits down on the arm instead.

He definnitely seems interested in what she's selling but seems to be watiting to see a little more of the merchandise before he commits to buying.

Lucky turns her body, angling it so that from Eddy's vantage point he gets a good view. One arm is up on the couch, her hand dangling by her hip (just low enough to hide the tranq patch in her belt, just in case)

Lucky places her hands on Eddie's thighs, still standing close.

Eddy stands and faces her. He slides one hand up from her hip, up the side of her shirt, and leans in to kiss Lucky.

Keeping one hand cocked at hip level, (covering the patch) Lucky leans in and kisses Eddie, caressing his face with her other hand. Deepening the kiss, she opens her eyes and looks behind Eddie. With her other hand, she palms the patch and brings that hand up and around his neck. Still kissing him, she moans softly, and rocks her hips against his. When he tightens his hold, she kisses harder, moaning louder to cover the sound of the patch losing it's film. His hands go up and under her shirt, she moans and slides the patch onto the back of his bare neck.

Applying the patch to Eddy's neck, the tranq immediately takes effect. he swoons for a moment and stumbles back. The tranq doesn't completely knock him out, but he's dizzy and stumbling. He trips over Lucky's foot and hits his head on his coffee table on his way down. At least he won't feel it thanks to the tranq.

Lucky looks down at his body. Idiot. Like I would have cared about someone like you.Looking around, Lucky finds two window sashes, using them to tie Eddie's hands behind his back and to tie his ankles. After that's done, she searches his body, doublechecking for anything like a Crash Cart bracelet, gun, etc.

Bennet comes in with zip ties in hand moments after Eddy collapses, then duct tapes Eddy's mouth. Looking up at Lucky's incredulous look he says He had dust tape in the kitchen drawer. You wanna go get the car?

Lucky does find a gun in his belt, at the small of his back. His commlink isn't on him. He doesn't have a CrashCart bracelet.

I'll get the car. Find his commlink.Lucky walks into the garage and keys the door open. Walking out, she strolls out to her truck and drives it into the garage. Walking back into the house, she keys the garage closed again and wipes any prints off with a chamois cloth she finds on the shelf. Coming back in she nods to Bennett.
It's in the garage.

Bennet tosses her Eddy's commlink and shoulders the unconcious man. He carries him out to the garage, and grabs the drop cloth. He zip ties Eddy's feet together, wraps the cloth around him, and secures it with bungee cords, along with a board he finds to keep him straight and make his form look less like a body wrapped in a cloth. Then Bennet closes the tail gate and looks over at Lucky.

You know, those little bed covers are great for transporting bodies. Just a thought.

Then he climbs in the cab.

Lucky nods and tosses Bennett her keys. Back it out. I'll close up the door.
Lucky waits until Bennett has the car backed out of the garage and then keys the garage shut again, still using the chamois cloth. Walking back through the house, Lucky places a call to Harry.

Harry.

The screen is black.

The call disconnects. Pulling up the address he sent her, Lucky takes a moment to consider the ramifications of the mob having full access to a gator farm. Then decides that some things are best not thought about and drives.

The drive is done mostly in silence. Halfway to their destination, Lucky turns on the latest Urban Brawl game and listens as she drives.
Fourty five minutes later, Lucky drives up a long dirt road stretching back into the swamps.
