Ok, then I definitely think Hell's Kitchen is the better route...

Yup, agreed. Let's do that.

Kvasac had a family emergency that will probably take him away for a few days.
Bishop - If you'd like to continue the interrogation, please post away.
Sparky/Trigger - You are hearing this over coms via the fly-spy if you'd like to pose a question through Rex.
Team #2
Kinda waiting on you to tell me what you want to do. Seen several suggestions, but nothing definitive.

ok. Any results on the perception, so that I can feed the info from my walk around the apartment into my interrogation?
Presuming the same modifiers on my
Intimidation roll, 4 hits. Will post questions after getting perception info.

Okay my list of questions is:
(Some of these have already been asked or answered)
Who sent you? --Vlad
What were your orders?
When did you arrive here?
Have you seen Spencer since arriving?
Were you given a time to report back if Spencer never came home?
Now I'm not sure about anyone else, but when I start hearing Russian names from 2-bit thugs, I tend to think that the Vory might be involved. IIRC, they are making a push into various parts of Seattle.
Do we know anything about the following:
When did Spencer vanish?
Why does the Johnson want him found?
Did Spencer have any bad habits (Drug use, gambling, etc)?
What connection does Spencer have to eastern European groups?

Who sent you? --Vlad
What were your orders? -- Soften Spencer up and bring him to Vlad.
When did you arrive here? -- An hour ago
Have you seen Spencer since arriving? -- No.
Were you given a time to report back if Spencer never came home? -- Morning.
When did Spencer vanish? ~18:45 tonight.
Why does the Johnson want him found? -- His is the Johnson's brother.
Did Spencer have any bad habits (Drug use, gambling, etc)? -- None stated.
What connection does Spencer have to eastern European groups? -- Not asked nor volunteered.
His full name is Michael Spencer. He is known by any number of persons and companies. He generally works out of the Mall and prefers small contracts. Contracts for things he can carry and to escort people. He specializes in the Tir border and goes as far inland as Portland on occasion. I've not heard that he is in a feud with anyone at the moment.
He has an apartment on the south end of Loveland. Not aware of a girlfriend at this time.

Plan is to stun the goon into submission, in case we need to talk to him more later. Then Storm/Whisper comes in and digs around in this fellow's head to see if we can get anymore information about Vladi. By keeping him alive, we can still get more questions in later.
Also, I'd like another set of eyes to walk through the apartment and see what I missed.

I know you're probably just trying to make us paranoid and/or hurry things up a bit, but I'd like to make a perception test for Collateral to look out for threats around the Quicky Mart.

Rolls for the actions in my last IC post:
Wallrun as far as possible up the wall:
Strength 4 + Running 4 + Synthacardium 2 = 10 dice =
4 Successes, meaning I run 4 meters up the wall, before I jump, trying to get to a point where I am either at the roof or a point where I can stop on the wall (ie, a balcony or window ledge).
Next is my jump, Agility 6 + Gymnastics 4 + Great Leap 4 + Improved Ability (Gymnastics) 3 + Synthacardium 2 = 19 dice =
8 Successes which is enough to reach the 4 meters maximum that I can vertically jump.
Edit: I forgot to add in the -2 modifier for jumping after wallrunning, but if you take off the last two dice on my roll it doesn't take off any successes, so I still make the 4 meters.

Does the external drone feed include Tigger's movements?

No, Tigger came up the back side of the building. The roto-drone is hovering in a window in the front.

@Bishop - That picture kicks but. Not quite what I originally picture for Carter. Thanks for sharing.
As a side note, Zion from Team 2 also had a picture done. Pretty kicking.
@Team 2:
Everyone but Zion is pretty familiar with the Puyallups. No matter what route you take south, eventually you hit the ash and dust from Mt Rainer having blown her top. You are also just north/North-West of Hell's Kitchens. There is nothing here but poor housing and poor people. A few stuffer shacks, shade tree mechanics and the like. To be honest, I would be leary of leaving Zion's bike anywhere around here. That said, you could back track to his apartment.... (Google says 8+ minutes each way.)

Initiating "Get us the hell out of here" maneuver...
My plan is to go out the back and presuming there is no resistance, meet up a block or two in the opposite direction of the mob.
Redjack
Jul 20 2007, 02:45 PM
@Team 1
The mob is coming down the street (north to south) towards the front of the apt building (facing west). The van is parked the next block over (to the east). The team entered the back door (facing east) after cutting through the yard of the next apartment building over (which sits between the van and Spencer's building).
BishopMcQ
Jul 20 2007, 02:56 PM
So meet at the van.
kvasac
Jul 20 2007, 03:22 PM
Just to make things clear I am bluffing the drone crash in effort to disperse the crowd and buy some to the rest of the team. Afterwards I am retreating all my drones to the van.
BishopMcQ
Jul 20 2007, 03:31 PM
I understand that from the metagame perspective, but IC Carter had asked for the plan then saw the drone dive bomb the crowd. That plus his world-weary outlook leads to bitter thoughts in his head...

Yes, my OOC post was in response to your last IC post. This jist is as follows: (1) Zion's bike probably will not make it to the Tir given the conditions of the air. The dust will affect the engine. (2) You are heading into security class Z once you go any farther. A safe place to put his bike there is unknown to anyone on the team. (3) His apartment is only about 8-10 minutes back the other direction via the highway.
Are you looking more more options of places to leave his bike beyond that?
Thanee
Jul 23 2007, 02:30 PM
Ah... well, considering we got enough time, we should just see his bike safely parked at home.

Hey RJ, I'd just like to run the Analyze program that I previously loaded on my commlink to ensure that no one is attempting any funny business. I'll also set it to automatically analyze anyone that logs onto my node.

Just as a point of note: I'm assuming that the firewall does that automatically (with analyze) as per page 221.

Of course, the truly paranoid individual would use an agent running an analyze program to constantly scour the network for intruders who bypassed the firewall without triggering an alert.
This has the downfall of using more system resources, but paranoia is important...

True... Does pull the system down though... and pretty expense: an agent + 2 analyze programs.

@Team #2: Not sure the about the plan. Aeryn was expected Collateral and Zion to ride together, then Zion climbs in the Suburban. Clear it up in OOC, then I'll move it forward.
