sounds good. For the bump to the mall Zion will bring his ingram and sliver guns the ingram will be bulky on his bike, so he will store the drum clip in his bike seat if possible and load the ingram with the remainder of his Ex ammo clip and reload the other ex ammo clip with regular ammo.

quick question - is there a "usual" way to get to the Mall area? Personal transportation, or do you need gang protection / gang affiliation?

Reading about the entries about the Mall and Lone Star trying to shut it down, how common is it to have LS at the Mall? Like, the instant one shows up, everyone scatters like a frat-party bust, or just more casual, like sharks swimming near schools of fish? And I guess KE is taking over those duties now...

My main thought is to see if having LS / KE give me a ride there would be a bad idea, or if it's pretty common to have police around the area. Trade the info that the Mall's open for a ride.

Where to start. He just knows the area is a black zone: Z+ (see below). The Lifters, Thumper-Busters & Lords of Yen are just the three that come to mind. There is a tidy profit to the gangs to impose tolls on Mall goers and pick off the occasional loner. There are other smaller gangs and non-affiliated scavengers.

The Mall is Rated Z+. Not only is it out of jurisdiction, it requires Special Operations clearance to enter the vicinity as KE is actively targeted by locals there. They treat it pretty much the same as crossing borders into another country.

Well there are certainly some job offers now available.

Personally, if Kilroy's job pays well I'm all for that. If we can work a deal with Papa's friend that's okay but frankly Cynic needs enough cash in hand to pay rent next month so favors are kind of a bit back on the priority list.

yeah killroys job depending on the pay would be the first priority, zeeks job offer would probably be something of a special request depending on the pay it offers its something that might be able to do as a side job if it works out. Papa's job offer i have no clue about.

I'm mostly looking for cash at this point, I can barely pay to park my bike at the Mall.

Hey I can't say what to spend your nuyen on, personally I don't have to buy materials for summonings though. All I have to worry about is maybe getting improved tech. I look forward when I can afford more agility and reaction enhancements lol

RJ, I know we're kind of in the middle of something but I was wondering what your position is on our planning and undertaking our own operations? I have a couple of tasks in mind that I'd like to do, mostly stealing stuff for later use.

I'm not sure what your position would be on the crew busting into a RadioShack and stealing a crate of cheap-o commlinks so we have some disposable ones for later use. It could take some extra time posting that operation and I wasn't sure you wanted to invest that much time.

Excellent, then at an appropriate time and place IC I intend to talk to the crew about preforming a little constructive B&E on an electronic's store or jacking a shipment coming in to town.

We would need to look at a RadioShack/Best Buy/Office Depot kind of place. They would have middle of the road commlinks available for purchase in stock most likely. If at all possible I'm thinking we'll just pick up a couple of boxes worth of commlinks, maybe two dozen total would be ideal.

We then find a local dealer, sell or trade the commlinks for reduced number of "clean" commlinks which we could then use as disposable commlinks for runs and stuff.

If we have enough left over, keep say 6-9, and sell the rest splitting the proceeds or pool the money and use it to upgrade the safe house to include a freaking Matrix connection or something.

I think this would be something that would be perfect for papa to go and set up a false shipment and hit the shipment ensuring we wont have anyone needlessly geeked. Automated trucks are usually easy targets usually.
