A lot of this is dependent on what happens to Lucky in the interim (did you say we get almost a whole year downtime?), but:

Area Knowledge Seattle: 2->3: 3CSP
Coffee: 1->2: 2CSP
Criminal Outfits: 1->2: 2CSP
Hangouts: 2->3: 3CSP

Lucky's back. His confidence is returning and he's feeling great. He loves running the shadows, it's kind of like when he was a cop but with different rules. He spent a lot of time working on his connections, learning the streets, etc. He's beefed up security at Anna's Soups, spending a large portion of his time either working security himself or making contacts with the local gangs to try to get them to protect the place.
There were 2 loose ends that he would also deal with:
1. He'd deal with the gangers that are shaking Java Jane down. Seriously, he'd fuck them up for messing with her. If possible, he'd bring any muscle he could (Aeryn / Zion? His Lone Star / KE contacts?)
2. He'd check up on the kids from the home invasion (during the ride-along with Kendra)
Money / contacts permitting, he'll be looking for a second-hand cyberarm. Maybe Kendra can help him with any cadavers that DocWagon has?
