I suppose Ghost isn't too far away yet?
Anyways, first action will be Attribute Boost and quickly moving back into a position from where she can charge into the triad guys.

1 hit (and a Glitch... hmmm... what might a Glitch do on Attribute Boost? Additional Drain, I guess?)

Ohhh, strength boost? A glitch would probably boost your muscles as normal, but make you stiff or maybe your clothes won't fit as well (decreased agility or movement).
Oh, yeah, J, in case you need me defend against attacks, I put some in the spoiler. If you need me to make more dodge rolls, I'm going to be worried for Warden's continued health. If there are any negative modifiers, just take those dice off the top.

Cruiser had readied his weapon earlier. I believe it was in IC post 89, that Cruiser pulled out his SMG in his right hand and hiding it under his jacket.

Hmm... I actually wanted to stay a couple meters away still (so I can charge in with my next action). Ideally somewhere near a car or so, that they won't immediately see me (and if so, I would have some cover at least).

I can't find any official rulings, but I'm going to say that a target of a successful taser shot has to spend a simple action to remove the dart lest he take another jolt. Does that sound reasonable?

Don't forget that movement normally isn't an action at all... it just provides modifiers to your actions taken... but climbing/jumping up a car or somesuch might be a simple action for the skill use.

If you choose to use a skill to do it - gymnastics for example - I can see that being a simple action. Otherwise, to keep from being totally off balance, a complex action to clamber up on top.
