Alex, redo your attack with the info I edtied in. Armor does not affect your skills/talents. It only effects initiative.

Grinder I really need you to post your complete char sheet on the thread. I keep having to look stuff up in my email. Your char sheet doesn't even have your defense ratings on it ,so I have to look those up to. Take pity on your poor GM sir! |
I planned to do it tomorrow anyway. Together with a desription of the new talents.

What's the damage step of it? I assumed 4, for a windling two-handed sword, but wasn't sure about it.

Why does the magical drain caused by the hounds affect me when I act before them?
fistandantilus4.0
Apr 13 2007, 04:48 AM
You held your action. That's why you were able to do the Anticipate Blow talent at it's normal step. But you allowed them to move in to attack, which was when they did their drain, which means that the rest of your actions would be modified.
We're going to be in Oregon over the weekend seeing family. We'll be back on Monday (your Tuesday).

Grinder, your Anticipate Blow will still be at the same as your initiative was higher than the hounds. You will have to reroll your attack and damage if you hit. |
Turned ou even better. I love my dices today.

Wait, how does 5+6+5 (assuming the 6 was on the D6) give you 19? |
6 was on the d6. Rerolled it and got a 3, so it's 5+6+5+3 = 19.

ok then where did the other 5 come from? I thought that was off the reroll from the 6.

Welcome back
Can we label the rounds in combat with numbers the next time? I'm totally confused when to roll initiative...
fistandantilus4.0
Apr 17 2007, 03:41 PM
Yeah, can to. Basically, Roll initiative if I have a post up that says Roll initiative and you've already posted once. I know, it sounds weird to me, and I'm the one saying it. We'll label rounds after thic combat.

Hey Grinder...
Do you know where Obermohr is? A friend of mine just moved there and invited Ben and I to visit but I have no idea where is is... and apparently, it's small enough to not register on a map of Germany. (Stupid maps)

That's close to Ramstein in Rheinland-Pfalz, where the biggest US air base outside the US is iirc.
