Presuming that your not going to agree to the proposal, everyone can take a quick action to prep themselves/hack a node. Roll initiative, everyone can be in some sort of cover tables - light cover with no penelty to fire from, van heavy cover with -1 to fire from.

Well, mainly wanted to avoid Riptide who had acted already. Since Lightning wasn't a legitimate target and Flak already covered, Aurora was the only choice left. A natural selection, so to say.

Ok.. first thing I'm going to do is cut his AR interface - which should mess up any targeting software he's running. While I start on his contact's database, I'm going to do a search on how he redirect the call we tried to make to the Wyrm.

That'll do it, looks like he intercepted and spoofed the call, basically tricking Felice's comm into thinking it had got through to the right one when it hadn't.
In switching off his AR, do you just want him to lose info or get his contacts to go black?

If his contacts have a pigment setting that I can make them opaque, then that would be great! Either that or flood his field of vision with white noise.
While his contact list is downloading to my storage device, on my next pass, (Which should be the next round) I'm going to browse his recent documents for anything juicy, particularly the Eye, but any recent document will do.

Lightning somehow manages to get away with being winged by Metatron, but Riptide's chest will explode from that shot. The spirit will "neatly" finish off the Ork.
