Map, not actually of Tacoma, but hopefully we can use a little imagination.
The Anderson group "bait" is by the Star on the upper right corner of 4th and Washington.
The other group's "bait" is a block north and a couple blocks east on the North side of Kirkwood between Grant and Dunn. There is a blue roofed building in the middle of the block, to the left is the building with several blue and red awnings.
The 3*5 area is bounded by 6th St., Indiana Ave., 3rd St., and Walnut St..

I left my background a little low on the bits I hadn't used yet. Frankly GMs throwing cyborg aunts (with slashy claws!) at a party makes that all worth it...

I can see why you had trouble trying to find something in Tacoma that would fit.... very middle class with a lot of big commerce or middle/upper lifestyle homes. Quickly combing the streets, 6th Ave between Cedar and Fife in the North End is about the only thing I see that fits your description.
With the University, a golf course, the port in New Tacoma... I can see why it became a big corp playground...

I park the car in front of the white roofed buiding on Kirkwood and Dunn. (Unless someone has a better idea.) Then I get in the back seat and buckle myself in. (In case someone else decides to drive, as I have no skill.)
I'm going to summon 9 F5 Watchers. TN=F=5, Center for success, Centering 6, Conjuring 6, Drain is L which Trauma Damper makes moot. I'm also going to summon manitou (woods) and sylph (wind) if there is the proper domain. (It looks like a lot of trees and there is drizzle, so a storm and I hope wind. If it's enough for an undine (water), I'll summon one of them, too. On these Center for drain, unless there's TN penaties, then Center vs penalties. Willpower 7. Charisma 3(9). Use F2 Power focus for success test on all. Try them at F8, rest if I take Drain.
When summoning is finished, I'll astrally project. I'm going to take a position near the slate colored roof across from where the elemental is and use the tree canopy for cover. I'll have 3 Watchers astrally stay in contact with each of the Andersons and contact my group to alert if anything happens over there. Likewise I'll have 3 Watchers stay with me, Hugh, and Rob and contact the other group if we are attacked. The last 3 Watchers are guarding my body, inside the car behind tinted windows. Standing orders for spirits I have not tasked are to attack until subdued any who attack "the group" (which now includes the twins.)

Ok, since I need to heal drain in there, I'll wait 2hrs before trying to summon the sylph the second time (and likewise, the rest of the list.) Ok.
I will Summon a Watcher to replace the ones that expire. Will my body heal stun if I am astrally projecting but at rest?
Is there a big clock with face and hands that is readable from the astral by noting the position of the hands?

I just remembered, you can only summon a single non-great form at a time and only remain in one domain at a time. So if you summon another spirit, the previously summoned (non-GF) spirits will only carry out services they are already doing.
I think this will change your plans.
Yes on the clock, the couthouse is at Kirkwood-6th and Walnut-College. It has a four sided tower clock. Also a two sided, analog bank clock a block to your left at ground level.

Carrie returns to her meatbod which is parked in our van about a block east down the road from Terry's position. Using binoculars from Terry's pack, so as to not miss details.
Terry is trying her best to stay out of the rain.
4 men approach me for services? hmm.. I rather not leave cover, I overprice myself for the area. Hopefully they'll go for cheaper fare.

Troy's van will be parked up over by the twins. Thinking that makes a good midpoint between the two groups.
Carrie will get an invite Troy's van if she has a need for moving around faster or if it's useful in any other way.
If it's in position, the drone will take a snapshot of the troll gangers and pass the piccie over to Knuckles/the others for identification.

Sorry I missed the thread transition, will try to catch up asap.
After leaving the meet,, Knuckles would have returned home to gear up for the night before meeting up with the group again. What he was in before was his casual "meeting" gear, as seen in the SS, but if combat is expected, he would have his long coat, jumpsuit, shotgun (under jacket), pistol and backup pistol. Shotgun is loaded with slug, 3 rounds of shot in the jacket pocket, heavy pistol has gel rounds with a spare clip of regular ammo in jacket pocket, light pistol with ex ammo, no spare clips.
I started a new class this week, so getting home much later than before (between 11-midnight) and work has been picking up so I havent had the spare time to log in at work anymore
Will hit up IC post this evening when I get home from school, time permitting, or will try and squeeze it in before work takes off tomorrow morning. I have Friday off, so I will definitely get some catchup time then.
[Edit] Gah, Bloomington Indiana? ugh, bad memories there.

It looks like I'm sympathizing with him. If he falls for it and turns on his chummers, then I have an ally. If not, then I'm moving in position to use him as a live grenade and flip him towards his buddies. I don't like being surrounded..
Focusing on Boosting my Strength and Boosting my Quickness in case I need to push some muscle...
Kartijan wants to see if Carrie can assense the Trolls from her position (Aura Reading 5) - seeing as Terry's a bit busy to be able to tell her twin that they appear mundane.

"The group" is all us PCs, our spirits and drones, up to 36 in that order. Like I said before, I'll have the F6 Sylph concealing "the group" other than the bait, and providing Magical Guard to "the group". I'll have the Manitou with 7 services go with the Andersons and the Manitou with 8 services stay with our group. Their orders are to conceal "the group" if attacked, confuse any attackers of "the group" and use Guard power on "the group".
I think it was a recap of "the plan" he proposed, and people agreed to, before the Anderson twins joined. Since you agreed to the plan OoC and are caring out IC, I am assuming you know the details, which included being concealed. or so, and put the rest on account, on account we are going to be quitting soon anyway. They think they get to earn loan shark rates on th 400 balance. If we see them again, can explain we were undercover solving their protection problem and they should be paying us. If they don't like that explanation, we get in a gang fight then.

Everyone should know "the plan" by now and that it involves everyone being concealed except the "bait", that "the bait" will be concealed if attacked, and anyone attacking "the group" will be confused.
Instead of rolling up new spirits, I'm just using the ones that are on hand and the services they have left. If that is an issue, I'll roll some new ones up.
I'm assuming Troy is rigging and that everyone had their reflexes turned on.
Tinker, I'm not sure on your healing time, but I think it was 4 days so you have one day left. You can be linked through a drone or cameras the group thought to set up in the time that passed. If you have other idea of being linked, let me know.

Draw my shotgun, shoot the bike of the mage using the shotgun (5+1+4 combat pool), and actions permitting, my second shot goes for the mage who is yelling (5+1+4 combat pool).
Really dont see being able to talk my way out of this one, since (even though we didnt kill them and they aparently didnt get arrested) they were combat monsters in our previous encounter.
