While Pepper Punch is in the toxins section of the book there's no way there can be an antidote patch for it, it's an irritant. The best you could manage is an anti-histamine and that won't do much against any proper pepper spray/tear gas.
This is from a few pages back but I came to the thread late and I can't resist using my knowledge of chemistry wherever possible.
There is a substance known as Capsazepine that is a Capsaicin antagonist and stops it from being irritating. So you can have antidote patches even for irritants.

Pure capsaicin? He
chemically refined it. That product isn't even technically a "hot sauce" or even a "food additive" by the FDA. A salt sized grain will land you in the hospital if eaten raw (you have to handle the stuff with tweezers).
Also, I'd like to point out for the price (that site having sold them for $600) you get

Well, most places don't have hot blonde vegetarian werewolves with a good working relationship with her peers and a giant man, powerful and simply charismatic as can be, who may or may not be the rightful king, as a boyfriend. Just don't use pepper packets in Ankh-Morpork, and you should be okay.

I think he asks because he knows it hasn't helped. At all. If you're willing to break the law to stab somebody, you're willing to break the law to carry a knife. In fact, it's awful nice for criminals, knowing that illegal weapons are the only weapons around not carried by people with a response time measured in minutes longer than it takes to commit a crime and then leave.
That resolved, our political commentary segment is concluded. We now return to our regularly scheduled awesome quotes.
