"Alright, I'll plant it then. Get a device ready and I'll get it planted inside the rear bumber."

As you discuss options, "Adam" moves into the club, passing straight to the front of the small line. The troll seems to recognize him and waves him through. The rented limo pulls forward towards your position and parks on the opposite side of the street, only about a block from the Body Bag.
Buddha72
Murrey

You know that most drivers tend to be socialable, it's part of the job so talking him out is possible. You quickly scan the limo and pick out the transponder code. It looks legit to you. Your sensors capture an image of the limo that should allow you to pick it out later.
Nikoli
Murrey plugs the transponder code into the signal locator.
Radio
"I can likely talk him out of the car, if you guys want. It would make a snatch easier, but it would also make tailing tougher if it didn't work. Can anyone else drive a car well enough to pretend to be a limo driver?"
Grey
"Nope, but if you could talk him out of the car for a while, maybe we can setup some kind of gas grenade to knock them out. Or hell.. maybe we can bride the driver into helping us out.."
Nikoli
"That is a distinct possibility. I had an idea to het gim in the back of the van for a bit. But it involves a rather risque story to feed him. Basically, get him out and talking in the usual limo driver manner then mention that my fare is looking for some annonymous action, no stings, that kind of thing, then walk him around and introduce him to mister and missus drone. From there I'm not sure where to go."
Digital Heroin
Immortal listens silently, and considers. When the targets are out of sight, he lowers his Alpha.

I can handle a car well enough to pull of the limo driver schtic, but that'll be asuming he hasn't seen the guy you plan on grabbing.
Nikoli
"Most folks twever look nice at the poor slitch that's driving. Especially with a temporary driver. The adept is far more likely to note a difference. We could just follow them and make a move later. After all, the logo may just be to throw off anyone like us."
Digital Heroin
I can deal with the Adept, if need be. If the driver notices a tail we're sunk, better to have someone on the inside, who can react as need be.

He takes a drag off of the cigarillo, and smiles around it. Part of him wanted a piece of that Adept.
Grey
"The problem is that it can go wrong in a lot of ways and Adam could get tipped off. Why don't we just do a hit and run? When they come out of the club, we hit them, and run off with Adam."
Digital Heroin
`That works for me. Do we really have to wait though?`

He unslings the Alpha, setting it down, and fishes his Franchi-Spas out of the duffel he'd had dropped off. A touch to the induction pad confirms the magazine is full, and he checks that his Guardian is in place.

`I'm pretty sure we could scare the piss out of this posers, the trog might put up a fight, but the rest are all show.`
Nikoli
"Remember, it's entirely possible the entire group of people resonsible for the atrocity before are inside, or are wherever Adam is goinf after this little tryst. Posers or not, a frightened mob of people normally in control of their little world is not something we want to deal with if we can avoid."
Grey
"Right, which is why we wait for them to come out. Immortal and I can down the two of them, plus the troll before they know what hit em. You pull up and we're outta there. Piece of cake."
Fenris
"Better chance hitting them rolling. Too many people, too much cover, too many innocents, and trolls don't drop easy. Let's wait, tail them a block or two and put the car down. Murrey, can you check it out and get an idea of it's performance levels, armor, that sort of thing? See if we could reliably stop the car. I can use elementals if we have to. but guns would be quicker and more reliable."
Grey
"Only problem I see with that is if the thing is heavily armored, they could fortify themselves inside and call for backup."
Digital Heroin
`Trolls drop easy 'nuff if you hit 'em in the right places.`

Immortal snorts, taking a drag off the cigarillo. He's casing the front of the club now, scouring a potential firefight.

QUOTE (Nikoli)
Vocal
"Moira, you man that scug of his?"

:: Moira shifts her attention to Murray, her eyes a little wide. ::

"Oh no...I don't do the whole combat thing. I can assist to some degrees, but when bullets start flying, I tend to clam up a bit. My totem also dislikes combat and thus I avoid combat magicks."
Grey
"Murrey, can you get a drone on the inside to let us know when the target is heading outside?"
Nikoli
In the van,
"Sorry, I meant did you recognize the fellow with the phys-ad."
Radio
"No flyers. Any open windows mear the rear of the building? I night be able to get the Felix inside there, if I can reach one."
Grey
"Actually, we won't need it because it just occured to me that when he is ready to come out, he'll likely call his driver to come meet him at the front door.

Immortal, can you take up a possition in the parking lot and hide within the cars? I'll snag a spot next to the door. When they come out, you deal with the Troll and I'll handle the Adam and the bodyguard. If one of us finishes up first, we'll move to aid the other. Sound good?"

Paladin the climbs out of the ATV and activates the Ruthenium Polymers of his Camo Suit. He waits for a lull in traffic, then slowly makes his way to the other side of the street and takes up a spot in the doorway of the building next door to the club. He keeps an eye on the door to the club and glances at the limo from time to time, waiting for it to make a move.
Buddha72
Murrey

As you follow the planning from your teammates you run the sensors over the limo again, trying to match it to an exact model and make. You discover the driver, probably human, inside looks to be reading a book. The limo is a Rolls-Royce Phaeton. Looks to be pretty standard, no after market modifications.
Nikoli
Radio
"Forget shooting the limo, aim for the tires. My armaments might perce it, but if he's rigging like me, then I might manage to chip the paint. BTW, he's seading right now, though the proximity rensor might warn him of an approcher."
Fenris
"What part about We're not opening fire in the middle of a crowded club parking lot in full view of everyone and their cousins like some kind of street trash thugs did you people not understand?"
Grey
"What part of, This is the best chance we've got, did you not understand? If the guy gets in the limo and is mobile, the chances of him getting away increase by way more than I'm comfortable with. We catch him by surprise and the deck get stacked a whole lot more in our favor. And exactly where is the crowd you are talking about? There are like 6 people out here, plus a bouncer. That ain't a crowd."
Fenris
"And the club doesn't have people in it? And bartenders? There's too many unknowns. Catch him on the street, at night, with nobody else around, and nowhere else for him to go."
Digital Heroin
Immortal secures the Franchi Spas on his biathalon sling, and sluffs on his long coat over it. He switches the Guardian's holster to a reverse draw over his chest, and shifts towards the back door of the Van.

You're not getting it are you? He gets into that limo and we won't catch him alone. Right now he's only got a bodyguard for protection and we have the element of suprise. The moment he hits the limo, we lose that edge. Unless you come up with a damn good plan to stop the limo before he gets back home to his nice happy security or to his psycho spirit summoning chums, then this is our shot. I'm sure you mojo slingers can handle crowd control nice and peaceful.

He reaches to grab the door handle to the van.

Last call, any bright ideas? Because I'm itchin' to take that trog down right about now. I can be your fake limo driver, if that's what you want, but otherwise, this is the only solid plan we have.
Grey
"Even if we go with the limo driver option, the moment he talks to you, your cover is blown. This ain't that tough, we tag em and roll. He comes out the door and in 10 seconds we'll have him and be on our way. And thats if things don't go well."
Fenris
"Assuming that we're going to Mindprobe this guy, unless one of you is hiding a railroad spike and a blowtorch in your backpocket, why don't we just hit him with the spell when he walks out of the club. You only need to be with 20-30 meteres, right Moira?"
Nikoli
Radio
"Look, you mind probe him, he might know about it. We all know looks can be deceiving and this guy is hooked up with some serious slingers, he might even be strong enough to hide it from Moira, if we follow him we can find the whole group and take them possibly unawares. Fouch him and tail and we lose everything. Besides, how do we know the girl is a bodyguard, maby her job is to make sure nobody can get information from him, first sign of trouble and pop goes his scrawny neck."
Blitz
:: Moira shakes her head at the argument as it escalades and sets a gentle hand on Immortal's arm as he prepares to move. ::

"Everyone, please calm down. We will NOT make contact in any way tonight. This target frequents this club. That's FREQUENTS. He'll come again in much the same manner. We will simply watch tonight to make sure we know as much as possible. These people aren't thugs, nor are they stupid. It's takes a long SUCCESSFUL career to build of the kind of power his bodyguard possess...and she works for him. It's stands to reason that he can be just as successful professionally, or at least successful enough for the resources to hire such a bodyguard. Let's not be stupid, irrational and impatient. Knowledge is power, let's do some studying."
Nikoli
Radio
"Agreed."
Fenris
Bakatare breathes a quiet sigh of relief, and gives Moira a nod of thanks.

"I agree with Moira. No reason to rush this. However, if we can follow the limo, say with an unobtrusive drone or a little casual driving, knowing where he beds down would be even more useful."
Digital Heroin
Immortal grunts, and pulls back from the door.

`Fine, we'll play it safe.`

He casts his eyes over the parking lot, checking models with idle interest.
Blitz
:: Moira nods to Bakatare. ::

"I have no qualms with following them, in fact it's preferrable in my opinion. The more we can discover about them the better. However, I don't want them catching us at it. As soon as we even have a suspiscion that they discovered us, we will back off."
Nikoli
"Of course. Now, if you don't mind, I thieve it's time I retrink my cat."
Murrey calls the Felix back, having it take a route that brings the cat in from behind the van and along the passenger side to it isn't in sight of the limo drive when it gets in.
Grey
"Do you have any drones we can use to watch them from the sky?"
Nikoli
"Negative, just ground based and if they lecide to drop the dead, they'll outrun this ride, rigged or not."
Fenris
"If we start to loose them in the car, then one of us can go astral and tail, assuming they're not actively trying to loose us. If they've spotted us, I say best to let go and pick him up somewhere else."
Digital Heroin
`We need a second car.`

Immortal observes, rather plainly, tendrils of smoke trailing from his mouth.
Nikoli
"I thought I sust jaid that."

As the night stretches on you watch the club crowd come and go. About 45 minutes after "Adam" arrived another limo pulls up. This one is a small classic Rolls Royce. At first glance it looks black but as the few lights from the street reflect off the body you can see is a deep red, almost black color. The car stops in the front of the club and a young man, well-built and wearing a combo of mesh and plastic exits and walks around to the far side. The people in line seem to lean forward as the troll pushes the small group back several feet from the door. He opens the door as a petite woman gracefully rises from the interior. Her hair is done is a severe bob cut. Her legs are accentuated by the firm grip of the leather pants and her corset offers a sweeping view of her pale neck. She walks with stiff dignity towards the entrance of the Body Bag.
Nikoli
Murrey is sure to grab photos of the new couple and limo.
Fenris
Bakatare's eyes unfocus for a long moment, taking in the details of the two new arrivals aura, just in case, of course.
Grey
Paladin takes a peek on the Astral to see if he can get any extra information.
Buddha72
Physical

She appears to be wearing lightly armored clothing. The same for the young man. She has no concealed weapons on her person. The young man seems to have something along his spine, from the way he holds himself you think it might run a good portion of it. Murrey gets several good shots of her full face along with her companion. She seems to pose as she gets out, probably for the benefit of the people in line.

Astral

She has very little cyberware, some minor things in her head. She is completely mundane and seems to be suffering from some sort of joint ailment, especially in her knees and elbows. She is taking a mild pain medication of some sort you think. Other than that she is relatively healthy. Her mood is tense but eager for the night's entertainments at the club. Woven through it is a fierce pride that she has endured beyond her youth.

The man is healthy and has cyberware running along his entire nervous system. He is vigorously healthy. He is also mundane. He is mood is alert and focused on Madame Yin. He seems to be some sort of personal assistant/bodyguard.
Blitz
:: Moira studies the woman closely as well as her companion, but ends up shaking her head. ::

"Interesting woman, but they don't look familiar. Unless they were well guised, these two were not there that evening."
Buddha72
All

The flow goes on into and out of the club. As if by cue a large crowd empties out around 3 am. You assume whatever shows the club had planned have concluded. The crowd empties out onto the street. Many linger in front of the club, chatting and smoking. The general buzz of conversation wafts through the air. The whole group seems charged with tension and energy. The crowd disperes slowly over the course of a half an hour. The flow into the Body Bag has all but stopped but the troll remains at the door. At 4 am the limo starts up that "Adam" arrived in and drives around the block to pull back in front of the club. You see "Adam" and Madame Yin exit the club arm in arm, apparently deep in conversation. Their two companions are present but keeping a discrete distance from them. Madame Yin gives the troll a nod when she walks by and the door woman heads into the club.
Grey
Paladin focuses the ATVs sensors in and tries to listen in on thier conversation.
Buddha72
Paladin

"...the party must be perfect. I need everything to go smoothly. My friends will be looking for the smallest imperfection." His voice sounds harsh. Madame Yin's voice by comparsion is soothing and liquid. "You needn't worry. I have spent many years anticipating desire and need. Everything will go smoothly." Adam seems to take some small comfort from her statement. "I look forward to the fete then." They part and embrace in front of the limo. The lithe woman glides forward and opens the door. As they part Adam caresses the young woman's face. She then enters the limo after him. The young man moves to take his place by Yin as the door closes to the limo. Gone is the grace and silk from her voice as she speaks but her face retains its doting facade, she is well aware that the client can still see her. "That man is insufferable, if he wasn't paying so well I would have washed my hands of him completely. Make sure that we bill him for his lack of social grace and disrespect." The young man nods. "Certainly Madame." She turns and begins to walk back into the club. "Check with the chef one last time on the final menu, and make sure the servants for the evening meets his ridiculous criteria the night of the event. Have several replacements ready in case someone should fail to pass inspection. I also need you to...." The conversation is cut short as the door of the club closes.
Grey
As he tunes in on the conversation, Paladin uplinks it to the comm channel so everyone can here. Once she steps back inside.

"Interesting. Looks like its their turn to throw a party. Murrey, tail the Limo, but hang back enough that its not obvious. Lets see where this guy lives."
