Yep. As a matter of fact. Russia sells Mig-19's for $50K a piece. No weapons of course and the FAA requires the removal of the ejection seat.

Slight attempt to throw some levity in here, and tie it into shadowrun a little.
My current character is an Orc machine gunner who speciallizes in making ammo. He also has an inteligence of 5.
When he's not on a run, he typically wears a T-shirt with the line
"Guns don't kill people, Bullets does."
Then when people say the gramer's wrong, he can tell them "No it's not."
His street name is Bullets.
Myself, I think it's good for people to own guns, but that they should be educated in how to use them first and have respect for the weapon.
