Has anyone thought about what to do w/ hostages? SOP in situations like this is to "secure" (as in, "tie 'em up and leave 'em").
What do you guys think? Its not like we can haul them around...

You actually have an Arabic skill? That's pretty damn cool. |
It probably should have been Farsi in retrospect. Kyle did a stint in the Middle East and picked up some of the local language. I didn't really think it be useful but it made sense. Besides, I got sick of always taking "Japanese" as my second language.

ok, Roland's biotech rolls to sustain the girl and heal what he can. He's using his medkit
1: 3
2: 6 + 4 = 10.
3: 2
4: 5
5: 4
6: 3
7: 5
Not sure what complementary skills apply so I'm throwing down anything relevant.
complementary biology knowledge skill:
1: 4
2: 4
3: 2
other complementary knowledge skill, docwagon procedure:
1: 6 + 5 = 11.
2: 4
Also he's using street etiquette or do I use charisma to soothe her?
I have friendly face edge, btw so I possibly a minus one to TN.
street etiquette:
1: 6 + 5 = 11.
2: 6 + 5 = 11.
3: 4
charisma:
1: 5
2: 2
3: 4
4: 2

Here's an equipment update.
Fireteam A
The Human, Ork and Troll all had on armour jackets. The human's jacket is worthless after being shot to hell by Terry, but the Ork's and Troll's jackets are salvagable if you need it for any reason (if you don't mind the smell).
Human had with him a fully loaded with regular ammo Ingram Warrior 10. Nothing else.
Ork has a fully loaded predator with her (regular) and two spare clips (regular).
Troll has a fully loaded AK-97 (regular) with bayonet attached and 1 spare clip (regular).
Fireteam B
Kadel salvages a predator clip, half-filled with EXEX heavy pistol ammo (7 shots), from the injured girl's gun.
EDIT: mag returned to said girl.

Ok, Roland will distribute his flash bangs to folks, theodor, you get three flashbangs, Kadel, you get three, Downtown, you also get three. Yeah, they're nonlethal, but they should disorient anybody in a room and also it doesn't kill hostages....
Sorry, Reaper, you don't get any, you're the mage. You're supposed to have a large area affect spell instead of a grenade....

(that and I don't have much more to give out....)
Flashbangs, they are dual charge grenades, flash grenade and concussion grenades (stun damage). I think I have the concussions as IPE, not sure, don't have my character sheet on hand right now.

Allright, Terry is using his Leadership skill, backued up by his psychology skill, to try and calm the hostages and see what they can tell him. About 10 minutes for a lot of them like that. I'd have been okay if I hadn't messed up the last batch, though, and had to resummon them

. I use McMackie's roller, so that speeds things up a good bit, too. I should probably just stop rolling the great form stuff for the force 4's. It's semi-silly (9 dice vs. TN 3 needing 1 success) to do it, but I'm being thorough
