Extending a Cyberspur is a Simple action? Or is it free?
Either way, James is going for a kidney punch with spur out, double whammy.
Would personally run it as 4M and a called shot.
Friends in Melee and possibly a reach bonus for the spur.
This is an impaling attack, a kidney/liver strike takes days to die from, but requires advanced medical techniques to survive.

Torque's weapon is a modified Remington 950s, base Damage 9S, firing Regular Ammo, sporting rifle ranges, Torque has mag 3 and Thermographic cybereyes if range or vision mods apply (I don't think they're out of Short for one of those anyway.)

Ninjitsu Test for Zoning. No damage scored if successful, though the superior position modifier will apply fot the next attack: 1, 5, 5, 3
Ninjitsu Test for attack, +1 power from Hardliner Gloves: 8, 8, 1, 5
Evasion next turn to avoid any counter-attack: 4, 4, 11, 2
And then run away regardless of whether the attack is dodged.
As an aside, I'm beginning to think that meleeing this guy isn't such a great idea. He appears to be kicking our collective asses. I hope Ghost Dragon can dodge his staff.

I should probably be trying to help in the melee too, although with a +3 wound modifier I wouldn't be getting anywhere the extra friend might help everybody else.
This sort of situation really brings to light Arethusa's complaints about a person in melee gets way too many actions when defending.

If you have ever been in melee or studded martial arts you would know that there is only so much space for people to attack you. And if you are trained properly, you can turn every block, or defensive maneuver into an attack of it's own.
In other words I like the melee rules. So let's leave any discussion of other peoples munchkin brand rules at the door.

Bah, it's not sad Rodent. With a -3 to mine that means I actually rolled a 12, the best an unaugmented character can get. It's just that my own character, and Cosmo's, aren't into the whole combat thing at all, we're both technical types. You don't need wired reflexes to read runes or fix damaged tissues.
Anyway roll for SUT:
05 04 05 04
Excellent, I got 4 successes. +2 to combat pool!
If I applied it to Initiative I'd get another turn but it'd be cheap to change after I roll.
I guess with that Gate opening I'm going to have to try to help anyway now. Hmm, how bad is my TN penalty for shooting from the floor?
Exactly how long are GD's arms? I can't believe he's engaging the Jaffa in Melee combat from across the room.

Uh, sure thing Shadow. Just one thing, though. If the people coming down on the rings are a different sort (i.e. they look completely different: with no tattoos, no armour, and the like) Os won't fire on them unless they turn out to be hostile.
Okay, shot with the grenade launcher on the Ares Alpha. He's defaulting from his Assault Rifles (Ares Alpha) skill, and putting 3 combat pool towards it. Smartlink-2, vision-mods, all that jazz.
Roll: 8, 5, 5, 4, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2, 1

Okay, just in case there's any question about his leadership, here's Cosmo's roll for it.
Charisma (-3 from TN modifiers): 1 7 1 7 5 10 5 2 5
If you want to default it to Leadership or some other skill, feel free.
As for his ramming tests, here we go. I'm not 100% on my rigging rules, but I think I'm doing it right.
[ Spoiler ]
Acceleration Test: 4 11 5 2 1 3
Driving Test (+5 Control Pool dice): 3 1 10 5 2 17 7 2 5 15 1
Handling is -2 (yes, negative 2) and he has an additiona -2 due to his Maneuver score, -1 from his VCR, and probably a +2 modifier due to the Tight Terrain of the temple. So that's -3, cranked up to the minimum of 2. Or 9 success barring any modiers up to +5 on top of that.
He's only accelerating to a Speed of approximately 190. The two Jaffa it hits are resisting a 19D attack plus whatever overdamage is caused from his successes above, and the intent is that the if either of them are knocked down or killed, they'll be thrown on the remaining four to help buy some more time. The board has to resist 19L or 19M if their Body is greater than 8. It's hardened vehicle armor reduces it by 10 after halving and reducing the Power by half (so 9L either way, reduced to the minimum of 2L).
Damage Resistance Test: 1 5 3 2 1 4
Also, since Cosmo's mind is in the board, he should be using his rigger reaction and initiative on each turn from now on (assuming you weren't applying it earlier due to Dash's limits on his program).
Don't piss off the dwarf.
Shadow
