FYI - I've been fighting computer viruses all day so my computer has been rebooting like mad. I think I've got most of it squared but not entirely sure. I'll try to post Sunday afternoon.

I was working on a system once and broke containment rules and infected my main system. I was madder at myself than the virus writer.

Ouch! I had the problem of a clever virus writer. The program was masquerading as anti-virus software. You couldn't close it unless you bot the $79.95 service package. Even if it wasn't a straight up credit card lift, it would still net the guy 80 bucks of my money. It was interesting but took a lot of effort.

Does Book arrive dressed as he was in his home, as he would see himself dressed or some other way? What about equipment and spells?

I hadn't forgotten about the dweller but it's never been a big part of SR for me. Useful when the whole party are planning their backstab-ery but otherwise, meh. Thanks for rolling though.

At present, Book doesn't appear to be limited. Clothes and weapons are in the IC post.

I've got enough of the virus issues cleared out to surf the net but I don't trust my computer for banking work yet. How do you know if you have really cleared it?

In these cases, I pull the drive and scan from another computer (a known clean OS) at a minimum. I'm pretty paranoid though... If it were my primary computer -> Reinstall time..

Yeah, the viruses have struck again. I'm on a borrowed computer so I'll keep this brief. My computer is in the shop with one of the IT guys who does some sideline work. I'll post as soon as I have a machine. If you get a chance, please let the T-town folks know.

Something I found interesting today. I got an email from the NAN today. In this case it was the Native American Network (an employee group at work) inviting me to a film presentation. It took me about 5 seconds before I realized I wasn't getting email from the future.

Trying to find a com (Phone). Being a child of the 50's, I would imagine a land line phone would not be completely foreign to him.

As far as the office goes, there are filing cabinets making something of a wall behind the desk. There might be a bathroom back there; however, Book, can't tell from this angle. There is a narrow door against the opposite wall that could hide a closet, or perhaps something else.
