It's around 4 in the afternoon. Your security shift starts at 7pm and runs until 7am. You've not been told where you'll be pulling security, but are informed that you're to be at the admin building at 6:30pm. You have picked up though that you'll be working security within the camp, or on one of the entrance/exits.
Get whatever posts in that you like, and I'll move us along when appropriate.

Costs for gear are 25% higher than in the books, but availability is -4.
Oh, good. I will place an order for a few clips with AV ammo, then.
Do we roll our Negotiation normally for that?
And how do we do extended tests? -1 dice pool per roll?

I think I'm set,
Still need a secure lockable area for our own personal use
(fire arms, expensives not carried and explosives, unless we are forced to use the camp armoury)
Comms and TacNet is setup and we are subscribed (is Khote joining it?)
Weaponry and Armor is cleaned checked and ready
Local area knowledge has been gained and updated
Maps updated with a brief tactical overlay (where the bar and cookhouse is)
Magic overview is being conducted and traditional peace pipe has been passed
Beverages and refreshments have received due diligence and health & safety testing
Anything I missed ?
oh yeah, we found the med centre and they are on standby to receive
Just need some feedback on our interactions with the NPC's etc. but that can totally wait until we have figured out how many is Too Many civilian deaths.

Let's try this.
Anything of 14 availability or under is considered to be available to you. Still make a roll to determine whether its "on the shelf" or needs to be ordered.
For things of availability higher than 14, make the roll as normal to determine if it can be procured.

I would also like to figure out local sources for gear and stuff, just in case it is needed. Maybe find a Talismonger for ritual materials. I will start asking around in our watering hole with my next IC post.
Anyways... here's a Negotiation test for acquring some APDS and AV ammo. Didn't roll for spare clips, they are 5¥ and AV 4-4=0.
APDS 70¥x15x1.25 + 50¥x1.25 = 1,375¥ for 150 rounds (heavy pistol) + 10 spare clips AV 16-4=12 Interval 12 hours (base price up to 100¥)

okay, from my sheet, one can of Foam ex and all the Commercial explosives are in storage with the timed detonators (keeping the radio caps)
other than some spare mags of ex-ammo and Gel rounds the ammo is going too,
Who exactly are we dealing with for getting stuff then ?
Artemis or someone else we haven't met yet ?

Modified my last IC post:
http://forums.dumpshock.com/index.php?show...t&p=1211962There's a commissary for toiletries and books and junk. And the armory for weaponry and such. You all have been on base for an hour or two, so you've certainly not met everyone yet. But its easy to assume that you've at least wandered past the armory, maybe even stuck your head inside. Its an armory that functions like a gun store. Lots of gear, all of it under lock and key.

Awesome
making friends all over the show.
an hours rest then and 30 minutes prep just to be sure before we rock up for duty, I might just take a wander round the edge of the compound (unless we are asked to keep heads down)
just get an eagle eye view of the surrounding area.. and watch the comings and goings of the locals, how the current shift operate with arrivals and departures etc.

Before the shift starts, Crispy wants to get his drone airborne. He'll also offer to take the entryway position, the MMG probably being good for securing that kind of area.
