Thinking the outside works better for this character; very low Charisma Rigger. Speaking of which, need to get my background written up, but I've got the character put together for approval.

Background

Growing up SINless sucks, no two ways about it. Titus Wilkinson knows this better than most; he was always smart, and could always see things other people couldn’t - patterns, puzzles, they were easy for him. That wasn’t worth too much on the street, though. Turns out when you see the things people are trying to hide, it’s more likely to earn you a blow to the face than anything else. Didn’t help matters much that he had a hard time keeping his trap shut. Still, he tried to get by, though his allergies to soy made things more difficult for his parents and left him in frequent discomfort.
Things didn’t get easier after they died, leaving him to take care of his little sister. He managed to find a gang that needed someone who could handle the numbers for them, which at least kept a roof over their heads and some food on the table - not quite enough for the both of them, though, so he tended to stay pretty skinny and sickly. Still, he proved himself to be damned valuable, though, especially since he turned out to have a talent for cars - both behind the wheel and under the hood. So of course he got tapped to be a getaway driver; when they got a control rig implanted in him when one “fell off the back of the truck”. The investment caught the attention of Carter Raes, an ork mechanic and semi-retired rigger the gang had done some business with. Titus was never quite sure why, but the old tusker took an interest.
That would turn out to be a damn good thing, since things were going to go very bad soon. His crew was pulling a job that was stretching them past anything they’d done before, and someone got sloppy; an alarm was tripped and along came security. But security, in this case, was just the rival gang being paid protection money. The crew’s leader refused to clear out - figured they could take them on; everyone else followed his lead. Titus knew how stupid that was, deep as they were in enemy territory, and he spent too damned long trying to convince everyone else to bail; he left alone when he realized no one else would join him. The delay was costly - as he peeled away from the scene a truck complete with a ram plate smashed into the side of the car, wrapping it around a street light and leaving him for dead.
When he came to, he thought he could hear the sirens coming; he climbed out of the driver’s side window (or what was left of it) and limped away as fast as he could. He got about 3 blocks away before he realized that he wasn’t going to be able to get out of this alone. Given where he was and what had just gone down, he knew he couldn’t call in help from his gang to get him out of there, and he knew he didn’t have long to do something before he probably wasn’t going to survive this, so he took a chance called up Carter before he passed out; the ork came through. He came to again in Carter’s shop, unable to move at first, with a strange itching sensation from his right arm. The old bastard tried to break the news gently, but there was no good way to find out the arm was gone. Still, there was good news - there’d been someone expressing a little too much (and more than a bit too lethal) interest when Carter had gotten there to scoop Titus off the pavement, someone who… Wouldn’t be needing their cyberarm anymore. Normally Carter would have just sold it off, but he had a deal in mind; he figured Titus had what it took to make it in his line of work. Much as it had burned his rep, in Carter's estimation getting the hell out of there was just the right call made too late.
Meanwhile, Carter wanted out of the business but had some scores to settle yet. So he made Titus an offer: he'd take him on as an apprentice, give him the cyberarm he'd claimed, and in exchange Titus would help him when he needed it. Titus was suspicious, of course - to him it seemed much too good to be true - but it would let him take care of his sister and get her set up with some kind of life, so he didn't see a better choice.
