I'm more or less back from vacation -- but to be honest, while on vacation I found a gaming store that had some old fourth edition stuff* deeply discounted for clearance, so I've spent the last few days reading through Clutch of Dragons, and still have Artifacts Unbound and Twilight Horizons to read .... so I might be a little more distracted than usual (plus my son keeps borrowing my phone to play Pokemon Go, so a little harder to keep up to speed with it).

* I skipped from 1st edition to fifth, so still trying to make sense out of some of what has happened. I finally understand the rise and fall of Hestaby -- nothing I'd seen up until now explained why she'd been punished by the other dragons, only that she had. Still looking to find out why Lofwyr gave up loremaster.

But I'm at least nominally back, and will get back to figuring out what to do with Addie (While away I had the distance to realize that I'd I made the mistake of writing her into a more reactive agenda, which doesn't suit my play style very well. Haven't yet figured out how to change that in the least jarring way.)

Let me know if I need to drive the main camp forward. It's currently waiting on you or Scrap to present the info about the recording of Blank's assault.

Mainly because it took too much out of him in terms of time and resources that he felt he should dedicate to S-K. Adding to that the attacks the AAA suffered just because he was the Loremaster, made Lofwyr feel that the cost was much too high. It's in no small part the reason behind the fall of S-K to second place, behind MCT.

Didn't auto soak, the rolls are there (the 13d6t5 is the soak roll, in last position on each line except the first line where I had forgotten the damn OR of course)

With 13 dice I expected to take some drain since the DV was 4 (and to have the dilemma of having to stop or insist despite it...) but I got lucky.

Activated within (Magic) minutes from the time the target is touched, roll Magic + Willpower [Astral] vs Reaction + Intuition [Physical]. If you succeed, target glitches (critical glitch with 4+ successes).
Drain equals your hits, resisted by Body + Willpower.

Cailin, Dana, Maya, Raf', Summer and yourself are affiliated with the small one. Only NPC there is Summer. Cailin and Dana are currently on a "trading" mission in the main camp.
Blank is a few kilometers downstream.

Doesn't really matter, but I think the war council is going on outside on like a hill or something, not in a tent. There's only the three sleeping tents.

I can edit, I thought you'd need some privacy so you'll use one of the empty tents (it is day time nobody should be slacking around in there), but I do not mind it being somewhere else - how would you describe the spot?

Looks like the last description was: Rick had called the tribunal to a spot up-hill from the camp, where they could look down on it and be seen from it, but where they were out of easy listening range.

A quick question re: Cailin mentioning two awakened in the main camp -- did she asense Lindsey (or another) when she was there before? Because I don't think that anyone is aware of Lindsey's gift yet (other than possibly Sim, if he can read her aura, and hence possibly Rick, but neither has spilled the beans more widely if they do know). It is kind of an important plot point that nobody knows about her spirits, so I just wanted to be sure.

I think at some point back Cailin mentioned knowing Lindsey was awakened, if not by name. Assuming that she'd been watching the camp for the few days before she actually showed up, I figured that was reasonable info for her to have gathered. Most days/nights Lindsey has had a spirit patrolling in/around the camp.

Re: my post just now in the IC thread, I have Addie suggest bringing Dana and Cailin up to where the rules group is talking, then 'seeing no objection' she goes to fetch them. If Lindsey or one of the others wants to suggest otherwise just post that, and I'll go back and edit my post (was trying to speed that process along, but I could imagine Lindsey prefering to be down in the camp where she can work her (non-magical) magic on the crowd.

Cailin's Assensing pool is high enough, and the population low enough, to easily know at least who is Awakened (and depending on how you interpret the "class of a magical subject" in the Assensing table p313, CRB, what type of Awakened) in the camps.

I don't want to interrupt too much but if Addie / Lindsey don't want to reply then Rick can wade in and start tearing strips off Dana (not literally of course, he isn't suicidal )

My understanding is they're still conversing at the base of the hill (Addie went to greet them).
