Did Silas start running for the bus after he chopped into the armored guard? Regardless, he's going to roll over and spray a long wide burst towards you. If you're still threatening him, he'll be sufferring -3 from being in melee (though he does get +2 for point blank range) on top of his wound modifiers. The downside of that is that your're currently about 18m from the bus, which is going to take you 2 passes to get to. If you've already started heading that way, you'll make it next pass. If not, it will be IP2 of the new Combat Turn before you get there.
