Well, since you two are at the Park that's 100m away and the your running speed is 25m/combat turn. It will likely be more than a couple IPs before you are in the fight (thus why they waited to hit the van). But no worries, you'll have some fun coming your way.

Well, I'm not going to make the situation any worse despite the critical glitch on this roll. But this does mean the van is pointed in a direction away from the park and would be taking it out of view around the corner of a building if
Needle tries to drive straight away from the truck behind her.
What are you guys wanting her to do when her turn comes up?

Silas goes first and is sprinting his way towards the sound of the crash.
Then Striker-2_Alpha goes and he's spending his action to get the truck properly turned around and accelerating to attempt another ram (another ram can't happen until next combat turn considering the van had continued moving after the crash). Actually considering he only
got 2 hits on his Pilot:GroundCraft roll I'll say the truck is currently at a dead stop. While the van is continuing at roughly the same 35m/turn it was going before the crash.
Then
TundraWolfdoes his sprinting towards the carsh.
Now
Gardner is up.
Following him,
Needle will be accelerating to get more distance between the clown van and the Toyota gopher.

I'm willing to say you guys were at least close to the dived between the heavily wooded area and the urban garden area. So, there might be some obstruction to your view, but you can make out enough to see a familiar looking black truck stopped in the middle of an intersection that is illuminated by streetlights.

That's not all that much focus there. Fortunately,
TundraWolf is more on the ball and notices that one of the blips of light in the night's sky seems to start moving towards the two of you as soon as you left the cover of the trees. It's still about 200m away from you, but
TundraWolf believes its small profile indicates it is likely a Northrop Wasp security helicopter. It's running mostly dark. So he can't make out if their are any identifying marks on it in the night.

Right, does this mission pack have an appendix that lists Every Fragging piece of military hardware you can possibly imagine to be used Liberally at the most inopportune moments ?

Unfamiliar with the Wasp, is it like a one-seater with a chin-mounted LMG? Or a full-on assault chopper with HMG/mini-gun and rockets with a dedicated gunnery officer along with a pilot?

Northrup Wasp: This one-man rotorcraft was designed for police and security service. The Wasp is lightly armored and comes equipped with a weapon mount (capable of mounting a LMG or smaller guns).

Well, there's that I suppose. We've got nothing to tangle with it, but it shouldn't kill us both in the same IP. It's running dark, so it's not a KE chopper, especially downtown. Silas, we're probably better served getting back into cover. Which is most likely the response they're looking for, but we're badly outgunned.

I was hoping

I don't want to bog us down. So I'll move forward with him being undecisive for a moment on what to do. Needle hits the gas hard trying to push the damaged van as much as possible, though
with only 1 hit she couldn't push it that far beyond normal limits. The van is now going 60m/combat turn or 20m/pass. So it's moved around the corner and out of view of

TundraWolf/
If it wasn't obvious before, it becomes more apparent that the helicopter is going after
Silas and
TundraWolf as it turns on a spotlight pointed right at whichever one is in the lead. It does not currently open fire however.

Mr. White's turn as his commlink beeps at him with a response from Moreau that says he can meet the team at Kobe Park in an hour.

A few steps ahead of your, TundraWolf has a brilliant light beaming down on him from a helicopter that seems to be getting closer. Silas does, the Toyota Gopher will be squeeling tires and burrning rubber as it rockets after the departing van. The driver amazingly
got 6 hits on his driving test. propelling the truck from 0-50m/combat turn.
Needle has the clown van going faster than that, but she's already struggling to push it much faster and would guess the truck could attempt another ramming next combat turn.
TundraWolf can go ahead and post his actions too.

I could fire some rubber bullets at the machinegun toting helicopter, or throw my sword at it ..
or seeing our ride accelerate into the distance I can look for an overpass or a rabbit hole to dive into.. I think some form of GOOD cover other than a densely foliaged tree, would be the order of the day,
and then radio Gardner to break out the air support... that call goes something like "AIIiiiiiIIEEEEeeeEEEeee!HALPmachineguntotinghelicopter!" that's all one word ... so free action right ?

There's a structure of some sort in the middle of the urban garden plots. I'd call it a sturdy shack-like structure. It's about 15m from your current position. The cover of the trees you just exited from would be closer though.
There are some buildings in the surrounding area, but none that close. There's an apartment building out past the shack, it's closest wall is maybe 30 from your position with the entrance being around the other side of it maybe 20m (or you could try breaking into one of the apartments that faces the park and only have a low wall you could jump over).
South of the park, you could cross Main St. and try getting into the Community Development Center that looks to be closed at this hour. It's entrance is probably about 25m away with part of the path taking you beneath some fruit trees before you have to cross the open space of Main St.

Look at the available options are I just posted for
Silas. You can certainly find some cover with that running roll. I just want to have an idea of which direction you were heading.
Heavily wooded area is East and Northeast of current position. Shack is mostly west and a little north of you. The apartment building past the shack is almost directly northwest of you. And the community building across the street is pretty much directly south of you.
