By my count, we're at 5 karma.

I am pretty flexible on spending the karma - improving existing skills, attributes etc are fine. Just make sure to either PM me or post the improvements here. Adding new skills will need to have some RP flavor attached to it. I am looking to avoid you all being trapped in a metaplane and BAM someone buys Metaplane Threats up to 5 in an instant. That sort of scenario. If in doubt fire me a PM to ask about it.

Ok please get your character post up here to describe yourself - thanks to those who have done so already. I am throwing up the intro post to the meet. I was going to give everyone a few days to RP with each other in the IC thread then come the weekend move the thread into the actual meet.

He is 6 in height, and 150 pounds in weight. He is covered in about 1 inch fur in a grey and black tabby pattern. His eyes are large and cat like. His ears are like those of a large cat. He is slender build with wiry frame. No tusks so not an Ork.but hard to tell with all that hair. Does not have the build for an even the most skinny Ork.
That leaves Human, Elf, or Changeling.
He is also better than a Medic...but one must have surprises for other team members.

Actually things are a little more complicated than we thought so I will be going in for a non-invasive procedure early Thursday to deal with the kidney stone. So if everything goes as plan (which it should) I will be back up and running early the following week. I'll make sure someone posts here how things are going since I will be heavily drugged at that point. Thanks for hanging in with me through this and I really appreciate your patience.

I am back and off of most of my drugs. The procedure was aborted due to a blockage and an infection but good news is thay are treating that and I see the Dr tomorrow and get my new OR appt. So I am lucid and up for posting a bit. I will be out for 4 or 5 days after the next procedure but no reason not to get this thread up and going again.

Ok I am looking for a post where you give a name and feel free to toss out questions here for skill rolls and in IC for the NPC to answer. Saw the Dr and my procedure is scheduled for Friday in the am so like last time I will be out for 3-5 days and then we have Thanksgiving next week so posting for me will be light or not at all - my house is the hosting house for the family and we have people flying in for the holiday.

I would like to get a bunch of posts IC and OOC so that when I get back to the thread Thanksgiving weekend or Monday after Turkey Day at the latest I can get a beefy post up and move the thread forward again.

I am inclined to hold off recruiting any new players till we drop below 6 players but I would like to also to let you all know if as players you decide you need a particular type of character/runner for the game going forward I would be open to posting a recruitment thread for character submissions of that type (ie you want a muscle troll who knows kung fu or a dwarf mage who specializes in healing magic) and would do it through IC posts to the thread. I have done it before with another game and thought it was awesome to see the roleplaying the ensued looking for a new teammate.

Crude calculation 16 weeks of playing is 16 karma points plus 10 karma is 26 karma...is this correct?

The IC thread started in Sept 16th so that puts us at 11 weeks plus the additional 10 puts you all at 21.
