Let's make the archery rolls to attack the drone. Sharkboy should probably attack first and then Anna can pick her target.

Sneaking: 13d6t5 4 into a good vantage point within range (up to 80m), while activating smartlink and drawing and stringing an SnS+Static Shaft Arrow
Then take 2 actions to aim, +2 to the attack roll

Yeah, but silenced isn't exactly unaudible - just prevents it being heard on the level above (i.e. Nyan still has dice on her perception test after the -4 from the silencer)

No, she'll be in the elevator, but try to hide behind the team and get cover as good as she can, depending on what's on the other side.
And she'd like to resolve the commlink thing first, if possible.

Sure, worth a try, though I'd assume that some of the guards will have their biomonitor report to a spider. Also, Rosenberg's already alerted about the dog and one of the guard not responding. If anything, I can buy seconds here.

If they're not slaved, please roll their opposed roll instead. If they are, I fail (not surprisingly).

I'll wait with Wraith's action until bnc knows whether she failed or succeeded in suppressing alarm - and would have time to notify her comrades with a free action.
@Volker: Keep in mind that Wraith's Influence-spell can also attempt to prevent an alarm, if he knows that bnc had no luck there.

Yeah, the comlinks are slaved, so no dice I'm afraid. But don't forget that you have the commlink of the unconscious guard to gain a direct connection with a MARK on the host, which you can enter to gain direct connection to all slaved devices.

But that takes time. I need at least one action to hack the commlink, another to enter the host and a third to hack the other commlink - that's two full combat rounds. That's why bnc wanted to do the hacking before they step out of the elevator.

Anyway, Wraith's action will definitely be trying to cast Influence on the remaining guard.
If bnc's message from the IC-thread remains, the command will be "Take them on all alone, no need to inform anyone."
If the host access makes her succeed and she tells the team that she's got this, the command will be "Know what would really intimidate these punks? Throwing your gun away like you don't need it."

1 drain taken. Now down to 8/11, -1 penalty from now on.

Oh, thanks!! Obviously, I got that wrong.

In that case:

I don't assume it has enough dice to defend against this ^^
Ooops, I rolled two dice too much. Still...

haha, with that roll, I'd have hacked the host, too ^^

So I should have a mark on him which allows me to intercept any calls or whatever goes out.

What matrix activity can I see on the other side of the door?
Is Rosenberg's commlink online?
Should it be running silent: Matrix Perception: 11d6t5 4
If I can spot it, is it slaved to the host, too? Also, what's it doing?

Well, within 100m there is quite a lot of matrix activity.
You can't make out Rosenbergs commlink. You do know that he is currently talking to Nacl, so it is likely that his icon is either running silent or within the host.
So the question is: Is bnc currently inside the host or outside?

Luckace - to remaind you - before it becomes important. You do not HAVE to take the -1 to all action. Wraith already knows that Anna has the resist pain spell. (which is considerably more useful than I first anticipated).
