You know, it's got to be weird looking at a video feed from someone's eyes. Eyes have a tendancy to jump around instead of smoothly shifing from one target to the next and when the person closes their eyes, the entire feed goes dark.
Johnson must be having an interesting time trying to get as much info as he can from the feed Caittie is sending him.

I would say you can see what's on my glasses since thats infront of my eyes, but the TM AR stuff, which I use to hack, would be more 'felt' than seen. (You are getting an A/V feed, you cant have it all)

I know that if Caittie gets any money from this job, rare chance I guess, she is going to get a supped up commlink instead of the toy she does have.

Ok, I want to pull a leet haxxor skill and try something.
Since I was in his commlink and whatnot, and I wrote in that he had earbuds (who doesnt?), I want to spoof his commcode and continue talking into his earbuds even though he turned his commlink off.
Then I want to create an audio network to connect Johnson to Kyle, though my commlink, so Caittie can listen in too.

This is a kinda crazy plan, but since his earbuds are wireless and all he did was turn off his commlink, his earbuds should still be looking for his commlink's input. I'm just providing that input to let Johnson talk to the guy directly. Johnson can hear Kyle's reply through my own ears since Kyle is on the ground near us now.

I think that is a cool idea, and seems logical. Go with it for now, but know that when I am more awake I will probably be thinking more deeply about whether it really should work with, like, enemies (game balance concerns and all that).

Better give Johnson a head's up, or he might speak to the team, and end up broadcasting it to Kyle.

LOL, funny you should say that. As I saw your last IC post, I was contemplating your character's reaction if Caittie moved to a wall of the alley, sat down and closed her eyes to relax.
The A/V thing was just a way to keep you easily informed of what was going on, though she doesn't think it's too big of a deal now that he is down and believes us.

Damn, moderate addiction to those things will kill Rocky buy just being strung out... Have you thought of buying the neg qual off? 20karma is alot, but I know you had that as one of your character's goals, kicking the thing that booted him from his good life as a pro boxer.

The big thing is it just seems early in the "game" to do it from an RP perspective, but it would make my life a lot easier.

Plus I think I will need to work through it in game before I'll be allowed to anyways. Which I have no problem with and makes sense.

Yeah i was wanting to buy off my bad luck skill and so i was saving karma but I figured i should hold off. Without me doing anything its matching up with the way things have been going for cerberus perfectly. Lots of things have gone wrong and even though i havent used edge rolls having bad luck seems to go hand and hand with some of those things.

I'll be keeping the qaulity for awhile, give it a chance to really mess up my character. RP wise im gonna play it off like Cerberus has bad karma, he has certainly earned it shooting up some people and doing some bad things hehe.


@Konsaki/everyone Dont worry about it, I am enjoying my downtime hehe. Adamu even gave me a chance to RP Kyle but i turned it down. Just watch out for nasty mob guys with assault rifles and probably really deadly ammo lol, they hurt!!! This is kinda letting me get to know everyone elses characters a little more because i dont have to worry about my character. Like Caittie has cybereyes?? Didnt see that one coming.

Lol, she doesnt. Her Technomancer abilities, or Adamu and my interpretation of them, allow her ears and eyes to act like cyberware, for only recording and image/sound link.
If Fortunato or one of the other mages scanned Caittie, they wouldnt see a spec of cyber or bio, but I truthfully dont know if they would see anything different with her aura since she is a TM.

Wasn't 100% sure if Sledge's icons were meant to be shown to everyone nearby like a joke, or just to herself - I can modify the post as appropriate.

I'm pretty sure she was just editing her own ARO and wasnt transmitting it to everyone in the group. Plus the fact that Caittie isnt looking Sledge's way would reduce any chance of you seeing the ARO.
