Squiddy Attack
2831a: My Technomancer is not allowed to Rickroll anyone ever again. It instills a kind of rage which is incredibly difficult to deal with.
2831b: Just no more Rickrolling from anyone.
2832: Even if there is no description of where a drake's Elemental Attack comes from, fire-farting dracoforms are just plain poor taste.
2833: If there are no cybergators in the sewers, I may not change this.

2832a: Especially when performed at sniper rifle ranges and above. Line of Sight is "as far as I can see,"right?
2832b: I may not shoot the moon.

2837a. This list will NEVER be OVER NINE THOUSAND!!!!!!
2837b. Even if it does I am not allowed to point it out.
MortVent
2838: no longer allowed to create a fopish elf adept capable of using paperclips to take out an entire team of red samari while looking 'Pretteh!'
Squiddy Attack
2839: Stick-N-Shock rounds make terrible joy buzzers.
MortVent
2840 : not allowed to use russian roulette as an interogation tool... when I don't have a revolver
2840a: not allowed to use it even if I do have a revolver and show the full load before spinning it...

Though they did allow me to add one bullet each time after informing them I turned off the firing mechanism... so it wouldn't shoot even on a full chamber.

third bullet added.. the npc broke hard >:3
CanRay
2841: Not allowed to accept bulk food as payment for the group without consulting them first.
2842: Not allowed to accept bulk porn sims as payment for the group without consulting them first.
2843: Not allowed to accept anything except cash as payment for the group without consulting them first.

Stolen. That is an awesome interrogation tactic.

2844: Not allowed to drug a team mate, take'em to a doc and have them perform a sex change on said team mate.
2844b: I will not hypnotize said teammate into believing they are of the new gender, then leasing them to assist in forgetting the occurrence.
2844c: I will not convince said teammate into believing they are an ex simsense porn star, and did a lot of Ork love and Troll love trids.
2844d: Especially if they are an elf.
2844e: Or a pixie.

Wait, if disabling the firing mechanism means it wouldn't shoot, how is that intimidating? You're loading a gun that can't fire - so what?
Falanin
Inform the team. The subject still thinks they're playing russian roulette.

The guy it's aimed at doesn't know it, just the team. Otherwise I wouldn't be allowed near prisoners again

2845: It may be possible, but I am only ever allowed to write one program that makes a type of cyberware explode.
2845a: While I can't do that, I may write a program that makes Bust-A-Moves explode.
2845b: I am not allowed to ever write a program that makes anything explode.
Queek
2846: I am no longer allowed to make a Maori troll street samurai
2846a: Even if I do make said character, I am no longer allowed to lead the entire team through the Haka at the start of every combat. This leads to TPKs
2846b: Even if by some strange miracle we don't get shot while I lead the haka, we aren't allowed to eat the bodies to gain thier strength. This sort of thing is strictly an Azzie fetish
2847: Kittehs are not a toy, and I shouldn't use them for IC and feed them a constant stream of troll porn in order to make them meaner.
2848: The only acceptable use for Bust-A-Moves is as a children's toy. I should stop thinking of creative uses for them
2849: As a GM, I am no longer allowed to use black elf Johnsons who wear purple suits and canary yellow gloves that are astrally active. This freaks out the players, and it also leads to other Gaiman inspired madness on my part
2850: As a GM, I am no longer allowed to hand out a resonant corgi as a contact for anyone, especially if they are clearly based off Ein. This just encourages the hacker to be more like Radical Ed

Edit:
2849a: I am most -certainly- not to tie Mr. Nancy to Dunkelzahn. This makes the players even more paranoid
CanRay
2851: I am not allowed to include Old-School Nazis in any games. Honestly, it's been done to death. Neo-Nazis are fair game, however.

2852: As GM, I will no longer allow new players access to Runner's Companion...
2852a: ...especially when my friend's fiance decides she wants to play, is a complete Twilight freak, and finds out that you can create vampire and werewolf characters.
2852b: I am now allowed to cackle like a madman when I realize this means I get to horribly, horribly kill both Edward and Jacob.

I don't quite get how Hilter--the man who exterminated several populations of people in search of a "perfect race"--would have an army of genetic freaks.

Means to an end. Everyone needs cannon fodder.

And he probably took a tip from his old buddy Joe. Send in expendable troops in the first wave to make the enemy run out of ammo, then send in the actual army.
Inpu
That and Hitler was deep into the occult, endorsing a number of freakish experiments that tried to take advantage of genetics (along with many, many other things).

2853: When I GM, I am not to encourage the new player to name their rigger Kane and point them to the scorpion shaped drones. By extension, I am also not allowed to mention any Brotherhood slogans
2853a: If I do encourage the above, I am not allowed to start deploying UCAS troops from the Steel Talons regiment
2854: I am not allowed to base any character I play off of Flashman (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flashman For those of you who don't apreciate good literature)
2854a: I should not try to get around the above restriction by basing them off Caiphas Caine instead
2854b: And Jurgen from the Caine series is also a bad idea
2855: I am no longer allowed to make a racoongirl metavariant for elves. I am especially not to make it a hyperactive ninja. Just because it worked for the cyberpunk group in another game doesn't mean it's a good idea for Shadowrun
2856: I am no longer allowed to make any form of anthropomorphic character, as it leads to violations of 2855 in new ways
2857: Just because Shadowrun and Battletech share similar rules, I am not allowed, as a GM or a player, to combine them
2857a: Nor am I allowed to combine Shadowrun with Paranoia
2857b: I am not allowed to combine Shadowrun with anything other than other cyberpunk games
2858: I am not allowed to make a six-limbed, empathic, sentient, and incredibly lethal feline using the rules in Running Wild
2858a: If somehow, I manage to get 2858 past the GM, I am not to name this abomination a treecat
2858b: If I managed to get 2858 and 2858a past the GM, I am not allowed to name the treecat Nimitz, or my character Honor Stephanie Harington and have her be a bioware'd face/street samurai
2858c: If I manage to get the entirety of 2858 through 2858b by the GM, I am not to be surprised if this character suddenly dies from an orbital Graser shot when the GM finally gets around to reading the David Weber book I bought him last Christmas

And Martin?

2849 and 2850 are from the same game, one that is still in progress. The main Johnson my group is working for is Nancy, and after the first run, the hacker rescued a resonant corgi. She had an open contact slot and it was just...to perfect. And she's also the reason for 2847.

Squiddy runs the hacker in my Shadowrun game. And to be fair, the hacker only fed the kitteh troll porn (Two Trolls, One Cup to be exact) was because she was sent the sim by the troll street shaman. Gremlins were to blame for why she received porn rather than the rather innocuous file she was supposed to get (Cheezburger.jpg to be precise). This group is utterly insane if you hadn't guessed. There is Squiddy as the hacker, Cube (who has added to this prestigious list) as the troll street shaman, a Greek minotaur street sammy with a psychoreactive mohawk (which is sometimes, apropriately, pink), a night one sneak, a rigger with multiple personality dissorder (who spawned 2853, as I did jokingly encourage the main personality to be named Kane/Caine), and finally, a phys adept face with his motorcycle of pwnage. They will probably lead to more rules as we push the boundries of sanity and reason. Any further stories, PM me and I'll share them, as well as info about openings if you are wanting to get in on this madness

2862a: Neither is the Producers

** One of my players has a very, very bad habit of ignoring the detailed and well thought-out names I've created for every NPC which takes into account cadence, root meanings, alliteration, and subtle clues...and calling everyone "Bob", "Neil", "Jeff", etc.
Queek
2866: If I have a chance to make Humanis Policlub members to fight amongst themselves, I am -not- to pass it up.
