Chummer gives me an error if I try to create an ally spirit.
Here's the error description:
Part of it is in German because of my german Windows 7, hope it helps you anyway!
If I press "forward" I get to the normal screen where I can change stats etc. but the Skills screen is completely empty with only the option to add exotic melee and ranged skill. Everything else is gone..
Wouldn't it be possible to make a separate Tab for Mages with the conjure ally skill, similar to the Drone/Vehicle Tab? That way it would be possible to link karma expenses directy to the Character?
Also the Weapon Focus doesn't add any Dice Modifiers in the Gear tab like for example Smartlink does for Guns.
Also the stats of the Ally spirit should be equally with the chosen Force if i'm correct? In the Chummer generator you can choose how high the stats will be, can't you change it to the value "F" for Force?
Streetmagic page 105
"Attributes
An ally’s attributes (both physical and astral) equal its
Force; allies using the Inhabitation power follow the rules
for Inhabitation Merges, p. 100, to determine physical attributes.
An ally begins play with an Edge attribute equal to the
conjuring character’s Edge, rather than its Force as normal
for spirits."And now for the error report:

Creating a human, adding a Nissan Doberman and clicking on Copy protection gives the following:

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Value of '0' is not valid for 'Value'. 'Value' should be between 'Minimum' and 'Maximum'.
Also, can you add a Close action in the file menu?

* Hitting 'Add and More' for options for Complex Forms does not call the options menu back up.
* Can not increase Area for Complex Forms.
Actually, a button for making a lifestyle permanent might be nice -- having it check to see if you have enough money, then making the expenditure would save having to click 99 times.

You just do what the book says, buy 100 months and it's permanent. Also has a note right next to the number of months.

I had to exploit the software's bug to be able to make a Trust Fund (RC101) character. These characters have free lifestyles.
That free lifestyle makes you throw more dices when rolling for starting moneyetc.
What I did was purchasing the lifestyle and making it 0 month after, still having that lifestyle for starting money. Yeah, that's strange. You can have a luxuary charcter with 0 month and throwing money like a luxuary man. It was the easiest way to do that.

I though of something the other day since quite a lot of stuff have changed in Chummer (and are still changing ^^).
Could it be possible to "refresh" old entries without having to delete and add them again. For exemple programs with copy protection for older characters and other cases like changed Qualities etc. Maybe not doing that automatically, but at least through a menu or a option on a rigth clic.

Does the program take into account that you should have 100 unused months at one time? Not that it matters in most campaigns, but you could theoretically play for 8 years and 4 months and would get a free lifestyle, even if you bought one month at a time.

I mean, if you're buying lifestyle, it would be better to just have one button for 'make permanent', and it adjusts your nuyen accordingly, rather than go 'buy 1 month *click* and buy 1 month *click*, and...'

Basically, when I go to a program and go, 'malware' to open up and see what's available, then close the submenu again, I get the error. It's ignorable, since as long as you hit 'continue' nothing bad happens.

Running Wild, near the end. They're technomantic critters, you can even take one as a 'familiar' of sorts.

This just could be an ID10T error on my part, but as of late when using Chummer, armor doesn't show how many slots it has after it's added to a character. Is there a setting or something? When in the screen to purchase/select the armor, it shows its capacity. It's just once you add it, and start wanting to mod it, it doesn't show anything.
